Our Lufkin Studio Stay

A wonderful stay here in Lufkin. Joseph was a great host with great communication caring for our every need. Check in was great, and a quiet peaceful neighborhood near everything. Our Kids were here for several events and this provided the perfect getaway for them. Hope to be guests again in the future.

Excellent clean property. It was close to our new grndchild's house. One caution, there is only one chair. We had to go buy a chair from Walmart so we both could sit. If you would replace the unusable ( for older folks) high table and tall stools with a regular dinnette with normal chairs, this would fix the seating problem.

Great stay in Lufkin

Second time staying here and nothing has changed. This place is spotless and plenty of room to feel relaxed unlike a hotel room. Joseph was a great host looking forward to booking again on my return to Lukin.

Home away from home

I travel for work and this was a perfect location to stay at. The studio was clean and cozy. Jason was a great host and always made sure I was taken care of. Recommend 10/10

Our host, Joseph, was extremely responsive to any questions we had prior to booking, which immediately put me at ease. Our arrival went smoothly, and the check-in instructions were clear and perfect. As soon as we entered the unit, we noticed how fresh and welcoming it smelled. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and having such great rest truly made our two-week stay even more enjoyable—good sleep makes all the difference!The unit had everything we needed for our two-week stay, including a convenient little kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker, cutlery, and dishes. It even included bath towels, face cloths, shampoo, and conditioner, which was a very nice and appreciated surprise.Joseph was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns throughout our stay. The space was wonderfully peaceful, with absolutely no road traffic noise. Each morning, we were greeted by the lovely sound of birds while sitting out on the patio, which was such a relaxing way to start the day.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place.

Perfect Studio

My family enjoyed a wonderful stay at the studio. They were in town for a funeral and was able to have a restful stay. The studio had everything needed. A quiet and peaceful area. Joseph was a great host with great communication, and check in. Would highly recommend.

Cozy studio

This was a very clean and cozy studio. The location was suprisingly quiet being only minutes from the heart of Lufkin. Also, the owners were very pleasant and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. If we ever travel back to Lufkin, we would love to stay here again!

Supurbly comfortable

The best part of the stay had to be the bed! For my fiance she would lay down and almost immediately fell asleep. For myself i enjoyed having a perfectly sized coffee maker. As a taller shower i appreciated the shower head being higher up as well so i wasnt smacking my head. Overall for a short term stay it was perfect and in the future we hope to stay again

Great room for the price

The host is quick and helpful with responses. The room is very clean and offers lock security. As a woman traveling alone, it puts my mind at ease. The host offers some amenities just in case you forget one or two things, very helpful for a forgetful person (me). Overall, it's a very nice place to stay. Will be rebooking!

Multiple Nights for Work…

This was a great place to stay for a few nights while I was in town for work! Very clean and well appointed! Very important to me, it was exceptionally quiet, with great wifi so I could take Zoom meetings and get work done when needed! The location was great for all my local business. Host made themselves available if needed but otherwise provided the appropriate privacy. I will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises! Thanks for a great stay!

Hidden Gem

Staying at this studio was the best choice I made during my trip to Lufkin Tx. Communication with the owner’s was clear! Instructions on parking, private gate entrance, access to lodging was made available and easy to understand. Also, upon arrival there was communication by the owner’s to see if I needed anything and to make sure everything was ok. I slept like a baby the whole time I was there. I totally recommend this studio for those traveling to Lufkin. It is a comfortable, clean, and safe place to stay! :)

Easter Weekend

This property was excellent for my 3 night stay. Located in a nice neighborhood. I felt safe the whole time. The studio was very clean and smelled great! The bed was comfortable. No bathroom sink, but kitchenette sink right outside the bathroom door. The property was very quiet, which was a plus. But the best part was the rate. I usually stay in a hotel when i come to visit my family, but being Easter weekend, hotel rates were outrageous. I stayed 3 nights at this property for what the hotels wanted for 1 night. I would gladly stay here again in the future! Thank you Joseph!!
