All around great guests.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are pleased that you appreciated the charm of our home and its beautiful location. We are sincerely sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations, especially during such a meaningful time for your family. When you brought your concerns regarding the air fresheners to our attention, we promptly responded and offered you the opportunity to leave the property with a refund, as we never want our guests to feel uncomfortable\. You declined that offer and chose to continue your stay, which we completely respected. The air fresheners were placed in the home with the intention of creating a welcoming environment, never to cause discomfort. We understand that fragrance sensitivities vary and will take your feedback into consideration. We had NO way of knowing someone in your party had cancer. We absolutely were fine with you removing the air fresheners which we conveyed to you. My husband switched the AC unit to recirculate which you responded the next morning that his efforts helped and you would be staying. We also appreciate your comments regarding the switches and fans and will have those items inspected. We take great pride in our home and in being attentive, accommodating hosts. While we regret that your experience was not what you had hoped, we made every effort to address your concerns and provide a reasonable resolution during your stay. Just a suggestion, an immediate notification to homeowners of a broken item …Framed print in bathroom lying on tile, would have been appreciated. Not to mention, asking said homeowners for extra clean towels instead of going through our private stored bins would have also been extremely appreciated. We wish you and your family all the best
