1B/1B Apt. on Hobby Farm 🐔 🐐 in Bristol. 5 minutes from Newfound Lake

This is a refurbished basement apartment in our home. You can enjoy the entire apartment with your own kitchen, dining room, bedroom, bathroom and living room with fireplace (we supply the wood). The house is set on 15 wooded acres for you to explore. Walk your dog or stroll through the woods. We are a quick 5 minute drive from Newfound lake, and set in the heart of the Lakes Region. In the surrounding area there are numerous hiking trails, snowmobile trails, ski resorts and more. Our large circular driveway means there is room to park your boat or snowmobile trailer. The garage has enough area to store your bicycles, motorcycles or one snowmobile We have four friendly dogs and there is a separate fenced in area available for your pet that our dogs do not have access to, however there is a shared pool inside the fence. In the shared yard there is a fire pit, feel free to use it from 5 to 11 PM. We raise chickens so there are always fresh eggs. We also have two goats.
This is an apartment in our home. We try to be as quiet as possible but you may hear us or the animals. We also occasionally use the RV that's on the property. You do have a table, chairs and grill for your own private use.
