Completely New! Industrial/Country Style 1 bedroom apartment. The apartment is quaint and cozy with all the amenities you will need for just staying overnight or for long term. In the apartment you'll find local pictures along with local decor on the walls. The apartment is located in building 108. In building 108 there is also a studio apartment rented under Airb&b and VRBO. Located right across the street from 2 bars and restaurants, grocery store, gas station, and liquor store. Please keep in mind that sometimes you'll hear outside noise. It's out of my control if a loud car/ATV/or people make noise. This apartment is located in a commercial area. But almost all my guest love the location! I hope you will too!

This was a great home base for us during a vacation with family staying nearby. We easily made trips to Ely, Crane Lake, Chisholm, and the North shore. It was great to come back and unwind in our quiet apartment with easy access to groceries, gas, and a liquor store.
Could use something to indicate which door on the left side of building we were to use. Apartment was clean and fulfilled all of our needs. Paula was very responsive. Thank you.
Great place near restaurants and short drive to Giant's Ridge for snow sports. Although its in the alley across from bars/restaurants it was quiet. We'll be back again!
The property is nice and clean. Communication with the property owner was very easy. The Vrbo communication leaves lots to be desired. The website needs lots of work.we got lots ofâ Ooops, something went wrong,please try laterâ or something like that.
This marks our second winter ski trip to Giants Ridge, which is just a few miles up the road. Biwabik is a great place to stay as itâs close to the ski hill and has a great grocery store and nice restaurants. And the rental property is top notch. Clean. Comfortable. And feels like home. W highly recommended.
The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We were in town for a ski event and the location was fantastic. It was also great to have the grocery store so close by. We had a great stay!

Left the rental a day early on Wednesday and Iâm getting a text that a rule was broken about smoking and will be charged an additional payment.I did not smoke in the rental to be chrarged and she has smoke detectors so those alarms would have went off if there is any type of smoke which they didnât,so I dont think itâs fair when I donât do what she said I did and literally her parkin lot is two bars outside 50 ft away so we can all assume what she was smelling,or just wants extra money for nothing.its not right
Great spot right in downtown Biwabik close to the ski hill, but not a far drive to Lake Vermillion and the State Parks. Perfect place to relax after a day out and about enjoying the area. Paula was a great host. Already have booked a future stay!
Everything was great! Please consider letting your guests adjust the thermostat themselves. Too hot for us old people. Just set up a max of 60 - 75. Thanks again!
We stayed here for a ski weekend. Nice, clean, remodeled place. Full kitchen, comfy bed. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. I would stay here again.
We had a wonderful time, played golf, drove highway 61 and saw some beautiful country. Biwabik was a great location, and the apartment was perfect. We would stay here again, and donât miss the pizza across the street, the light houses on the lake and the great state parks. Didnât see a moose but weâll keep looking.

I bought building 108 in 2019. It was half office space and half garage. I had the whole building completely remodeled. I think the apartments are in a great location. Walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants and bars.
