Property Layout

The property features:
• A private 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom main home
• A separate studio apartment located above the garage (this is a separate property with a separate address. This space and its exterior areas are not included with your stay)

Please note: Outdoor amenities, including the hot tub and grill area, are for your private use only. However you may or may not see another human being in the backyard. While this is uncommon, we value transparency so you know what to expect.

• Street parking is readily available directly in front of the home
• please do not park in the parking lot of any business. They will tow you.

House Rules & Policies

To maintain the elevated experience of the home, we kindly ask all guests to respect the following:

Age Requirement
• Primary guest must be 30 years or older
• ID may be required for verification

Occupancy
• Only registered guests are permitted on the property at any time
• No additional visitors

Smoking Policy
• This is a strictly non-smoking property (including vaping)
• Due to severe allergies, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property
• A $500 fee will be applied if smoke is detected indoors

Pet Policy

We are pleased to welcome well-behaved furry companions with prior approval:
• A fully refundable $200 pet deposit is required after booking
• One pet per reservation
• Weight limit: 25 lbs (exceptions may be considered upon request)
• Pets must remain leashed while outdoors
• Pets must be crated if left unattended (crate available upon request)

Important:
Unapproved pets or pets not listed on the reservation will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
