Studio 306 Queen One block from Ft Laud Beach

Studio 306 on Little Paris Hotel is perfect for two friends to stay.
Private entrance on 1st floor. One little step up.
The studio has a nice bunkbeds with a good mattress, high top table and chairs for dining, nice kitchenette with counter top cooktop, fridge with freezer, micro oven, coffee maker and toaster.
Bathroom with big shower.
The bathroom is the original old style and is in good condition - considering the age.

You have private entrance on the north side of the hotel, with own little private area outside but you are welcome to use the seating in the courtyard as well.

Seating and patio area

I live in the area and will be reachable by phone or Airbnb app. Mainly during daytime 8am-6pm, but in urgent case I try to be available 24/7.

Perfect neighborhood. Prime location at Fort Lauderdale beach. 1 block from beach, bars and restaurants.

Parking all around the beach is paid parking so enjoy the free parking at Little Paris Hotel.
Uber and Lyft are always only a few minutes away.
Approximately 15-20$ to the airport. Less to Port Everglades.
Water Taxi stop just 100 feet away.

This is not a party house.
No smoking inside.
Smoke outside at designated areas.
No outside noise from 10pm to 8am.
Parking on the premises or next door on grass lot.

The studio has a window mounted AC and you can switch it on and off as you like. If you set it on low fan it is not as noisy.
