Awesome location!

Perfect spot for quick access to Peak 9 lifts and easy walk into town. Hosts were amazingly accommodating when our travel plans changed due to weather. Highly recommend!

Great stay at the Cedars!

We've stayed at several units in the Cedars and this was the nicest one by far. It is recently remodeled with care and includes high-quality finishes. The kitchen was very well stocked and had quality tableware, pots/pans, etc. Communication with the owners was very helpful and just the right amount. We love being able to truly ski in/out with this location - as well as easily walk into the Village for dinner at night.

Wonderful property in Breckenridge

We stayed at this property for a week and it was great! The location was very convenient to the Quicksilver lift and Beaver Run lift. We would go skiing during the day and then head downtown at night. We were able to walk everywhere. Also the property was very clean and well stocked with everything you needed and more. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Amazing rental w/ amazing host

My family and I had a wonderful Presidents Day weekend stay at this property. It’s well appointed and the sleeping arrangements are family friendly. The location can’t be beat. You can walk to almost everywhere, including a nearby lift. The host was very helpful with local knowledge and incredibly responsive with answers to our questions.

100% Would Stay Here Again!

Great true ski-in/ski-out location at base of Peak 9 in Breck. Easy walk to the Quicksilver lift and convenient short walk to town. Hosts are very responsive to any questions or concerns with quick responses by text. Condo was very clean and comfortable for 2 families of four (4 adults, 4 kids) with plenty of room to relax. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. Absolutely no complaints, hope to be back soon.

Loved it!

The location was incredible for a ski vacation, just a couple minute walk from the #9 base lift. We walked to town (6 minutes to this end of the Main Street). The condo was very clean. Lots of space. Loved the layout. The place was great and we loved it! The host was also a great communicator. Thanks for a great stay.

New Year's Eve in Breck

4 O'Clock is a fantastic, cozy property in a great location (minutes from the base of Peak 9 as well as Main Street) and the owners, Dan and Renee, were welcoming and helpful hosts from day 1! Our party of 8 were able to ski in/out each day, taking a mid-day lunch break and trading off carers for our daughter. Everything about the property was as advertised - but Dan and Renee went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay - ample towels, paper products, great furnishings from the kitchen to the beds/bedding - we felt right at home and look forward to coming back!

Love the easy access to Quicksilver Super Chair

Family of 3 generations of skiers weather location to the slopes was great. Townhouse was immaculate and anything we could need was supplied. Right down to dishwashing and washing machine powders. A pet peeve of mine when we have to go buy large expensive boxes of washing products when only staying a few days Renee and Fan went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and appreciated

Great place, unbeatable location!

This place had everything we needed and wanted... most important things for my group (two couples) were 1) having two good bedrooms for adults, each with its own bathroom, and 2) a true ski-in, ski out location. It's not easy to find those things - so many places have one nice master bedroom and one room with smaller beds/bunks for kids. But this place worked wonderfully for us. And we loved getting to and from the slopes with just a short walk in our skiboots, maybe four minutes, very do-able. We also loved the proximity to the awesome Breck downtown, about an eight minute walk away. The condo itself was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Loved having the half bath, came in very handy for last minute bathroom use before hitting the slopes. And, Dan was great at communicating with us, and very responsive to all our questions. We would certainly stay there again.

Wonderful property, close to lift and town, gracious hosts

The property was like new. I believe it had been updated within the last year or two, so everything was modern and updated with all new appliances, etc. Really liked having a washing/dryer in the unit as well as a heat one car garage. The location was superb as it was a short walk/ski to the Quick Silver lift which opens at 8:30 a.m. It was also a very short walk to town, which my wife enjoyed as she no longers skis, thought she did do some snow showing up by the Nordic Center which you need to take a shuttle to (she said the shuttle schedule/system was very convenient and it's free). The property was well stocked. There were spices, olive oil and other condiments already there which was very helpful as we cooked in most of the time. We left some of our extra spices we had bought in advance. The hosts, Dan and Renee, were awesome. At one point, internet went out briefly (down about 10 minutes) and I got an email from Dan almost immediately saying he rebooted the system remotely. This will definitely be at the top of the list for future trips back! Oh, and the skiing at Breck was awesome. By comparison, we live in Northern CA and ski Tahoe regularly. Highly recommend this property!

Breckenridge winter vacation

We stayed at this spacious property with our college sons. There were so many comfortable places to sit and sleep. The kitchen was well equipped. It was a short walk to the Peak 9 hill. We had a great stay.

Wonderful place to stay. Came for family ski vacation - everyone had a wonderful time. Great location to the slopes. Grands had a great time playing in the snow. Would recommend this as a great place to stay while in Breckenridge- close to everything.

Snow during spring break!

The house was so clean and everything was in great condition. Having the washer and dryer was a huge bonus as well as being able to walk to the slopes. We were thrilled to have over 6 inches of snow during our stay 3/31-4/7–we got an inch total all winter where we leave. We walked to the town daily to get food/shop and City Market was a short drive away for actual groceries. It was a great first trip to Breckinridge.

Just a great vacation with this townhouse as our home base. Very easy access to the lifts. Short walk to town. Very spacious. All amenities you could need/want. Hot tub/heated pool very close by. Plenty of sleeping accommodations. This property is ideal for small groups. We only had as many as six people there at one time and there was plenty of room. We're already planning our return.
