Welcome to beautiful Chatham, Massachusetts & “Harborview Lodge”, the main estate house of a former private sailing retreat, now a fabulous, year-round vacation house.

Where vintage cape meets updated comfort, our house accommodates large family groups of all ages. Modern bathrooms, new Thermador dual-fuel range, and two gas grills outside.

Ideally situated, just steps to boating, with deeded access to the Oyster River where you can launch the four kayaks included with the rental.

This spacious, charming, well-maintained, beach-house-style lodge is perfect for family reunions, special birthdays or anniversaries, or just for hanging with friends! Enjoy your morning coffee in the spacious great room comfortably appointed with a huge fireplace, two sofas, including a large sectional, and a great view of the beautiful Oyster River and marina below. Step outside to the 30 foot deck with a spectacular view of the water!

After a day at the beach, kayaking, or shopping, enjoy a great cooking experience in the two fully equipped kitchens, including one with a six-burner Thermador dual fuel gas range and electric oven.

ALL beds are suitable for adults or children...no bunk beds, no trundles, no undersized beds, no cots. We also provide clean sheets and towels for your comfort.

This charming yet sophisticated private beach house overlooks Oyster Harbor on Nantucket Sound, the south-facing side of the Atlantic Ocean.

Enjoy the pedestrian walkway and bike path to nearby Hardings Beach or to the village of West Chatham, with shops, restaurants, ice cream,etc.. It is a beautiful, leisurely stroll to both! This path also connects to the Cape Cod National Seashore Rail Trail which covers the entire Cape! Since historic Chatham is ideally located at the 'elbow' of the Cape... midway between Falmouth and Provincetown... it is the perfect off-the-beaten-path hidden jewel for endless exploration of 70 mile long Cape Cod!

Harding's Beach on Nantucket Sound is a little under a mile away, and offers two spacious white sandy beaches with warm water swimming and terrific beach combing.
