Unobstructed picturesque view of the Cape Fear River and USS North Carolina from your living room and spacious balcony. The sunsets are gorgeous!! Just around the corner from Wilmington's renowned Market and Front Streets, both with many fine restaurants and bars. The Downtown Riverwalk is on USA Today's short-list for Best Riverwalks in the country and is just outside your door. Secure building with parking available nearby in public lots, however is not included in the nightly fee. Two elevators available in the condo building.

In Wilmington for a wedding weekend. Perfect place for two. Close to restaurants and shopping. Great view of the riverfront. Would highly recommend this place.

We visited to participate in the Ironman 70.3 race and this was the perfect location. The suite was very clean. The views off the balcony were amazing.

Such a great view and in a fun location. Close to restaurants, rooftop bars with sunset view, and the place itself was comfortable, clean, an incredible view of the water and the USS Carolina. We will be back!

Best location in Wilmington!

The place was just as listed and in the perfect spot for eating, shopping and walking! The view from the balcony can’t be beat! We look forward to our next visit to this property!

Beautiful home and view

I really enjoyed my stay and the sunset views. The location was convenient to local reataurants, bars and shopping. I traveled alone and felt safe day and night. I recommend staying here and I will for sure be back.

Great condo with Historic view!

This waterfront condo checks all the right boxes, clean, spacious, comfortable, quick walk to all things good, and an absolutely beautiful front seat view of the Historic Battleship along with stunning sunsets over the water. Host was responsive and incredibly generous. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Great Place and Host!

We loved our stay. The apt had everything we needed. The view and location could not have been better. Host was extremely accommodating and allowed us a late check out. Like a lot of cities, Wilmington mostly had meter parking or garage parking. Host offered great recommendations to keep parking cost low. Would definitely stay right here again! Oh, almost forgot to mention the basket of treats he left us!

Overall nice experience

Overall nice weekend in Wilmington…condo was in great shape and super comfortable. Perfect downtown location near lots of nice restaurants. View from balcony was amazing. Only downfall was a $40 parking ticket as we are trying to unload our car at check in. Definitely would recommend the property.

Quick hit

Came to Wilmington to see my son at college for the weekend. Had been in the building before so I was familiar with the layout and access to everything. Good communication with the owner and quick responses. Nice touch with a welcome basket of snacks. Improvements that I believe could be helpful are updated smart TVs and parking pass option in the garage on Grace Street. Also, the listing needs to be updated to say that shampoo, conditioner and soap are no longer provided. Excellent view and will be back again on next 3 years maybe more...my daughter likes the university as well.

All you could want

My wife and I came to Wilmington for our grandson's wedding and stayed at nicks condo. The view is amazing. The walk to the parking garage is no big deal. We parked the car on Thursday and didn't use it until we left on Monday. Everything is within walking distance. When I stay at these places I always find a few negatives. Well, I found none. Nick is the perfect host. . I would absolutely stay at Nicks condo again. The gift basket was a nice touch.

Best view in Wilmington!

We had the best experience staying here and Gordon was quick to respond to any questions we had. The place was so clean and the bed and couch were very comfortable. We had everything we needed and it really is located in the perfect place downtown to walk to everything you could want- live music, great bars, yummy restaurants, quaint shopping. The view of Cape Fear from the balcony at sunset is worth the stay alone! Other reviewers commented on the noise so I wanted to address it- you will be hard pressed to find ANY condo or apartment in true downtown that isn’t loud. We have stayed at 4 different places and areas of downtown and they are all noisy. This place was actually quieter than two of the three where we have stayed before. It’s a bustling city! I do recommend bringing soft ear plugs if you struggle to sleep with intermittent noise. We will be back and I hope to stay in this condo again!

Tale of two condos

If you are looking for a partying night life on the weekends, Friday and Saturday, then this is a perfect location. Bar located directly behind the condo which the bedroom faces has live and loud music on their patio until 2am. Lotus Social Club. You can sit on the balcony and listen to the music. Also, the elevator is directly across from the bedroom and you can enjoy the very late night guest that are staying on the same floor. If you are looking for quiet and absolutely beautiful view then Sunday and the week days are for you. Make sure you bring a towel to hang over the window in the bedroom to block out the very bright light in the hallway. Communication with the owner is fantastic and he quickly fixed the AC unit that was not working when we arrived the next day. He truly cares about his guest and so helpful. Will come back again on a Sunday and stay for a couple of days during the week.

Great location

Convenient location to explore downtown and area. It was easy to visit the beach but we preferred not staying there where it was packed with people. Fun to people watch from balcony and watch the river.
