Here you will find a studio apartment with a private kitchenette, bathroom, and entrance. In the back is a wonderful lake, where you can kayak. There is a very nice outdoor deck overlooking this beautiful Lake. The blackout curtains are just perfect for a good night’s sleep.
This studio apartment is fully furnished and will sleep 2 guests very comfortably. The perfect place for leaving your cell phone and stress at home. Here you can relax with all the beauty this place has to offer. You can take out my kayaks and explore around the lake. Or just chill on the open terrace and have a BBQ.
This studio is located right in the heart of the Bayshore Drive Arts District. If you are looking for any kind of entertainment no need to look further The Bayshore Arts district offers shops, restaurants ( most of them offer live music), a bussing food truck park, a brewery and winery, an organic coffee shop with a lovely back yard, the Botanical Garden, and 3 other top-rated parks within walking distance.
1)The Pickle Ball Park here claims to be the most extensive Pickleball place in the US. With the national championship end of April.
2)Sugden Park is the largest freshwater lake in Collier County. You can (learn to) Sail and waterski here.
3)Bayview Park is the place to watch the sunset. The view over the bay with the multi-million $ homes is a favorite spot to put your boat in the water. There are restrooms and cabanas to enjoy the view and the liveliness of locals and fishermen bringing in their boats and catch.
Downtown and the beach are only a few miles away.

AMAZING little place!!

Stunning location on the water, secluded spot in old Naples, perfect communication with the owner, very clean, we loved everything about our stay. We hope to visit again ASAP :)

A nice spot that feels like you’re alone on a lake

Great place, janita came and helped me figure out the lock at 5am haha, friendly clean and quiet, the ac didn’t really work but that was our only negative, it was at 76 so it wasn’t bad though! Thanks a lot 🙏🏻

Not what you would expect. Beware!!!!!!

First, we ended up not staying and still are waiting for a refund. When you pull up to the property the neighborhood is NOTHING like described. The photos are taken perfectly to deceive you. The home to the right is spray painted with graffiti. The houses are on top of each other with no privacy. Upon arrival we were given the wrong phone number to call to check in and had to wait awhile until the owner appeared. The listing claims to be pet friendly but there is no grass at all. The owner was also shocked that we arrived with a dog and told us the dog was not allowed to sleep in the bed. She said because she would have to wash everything. I said, does this mean you don’t wash everything each time a guest stays here? No response. The owner blaimed everything on me and the fact that we brought a dog. My husband and I decided this was not the place for us nor the place described on VRBO we went to a pet friendly hotel. The owner said she will only refund half the price. We are now going to have to reach out to our credit card company to dispute the charge.

Nicole and her husband came with 2 larger dogs and a child in tow. I only allowed for up to 2 people no kids and 1 dog. In my places dogs are not allowed to sleep on the beds. Can you imagine the hairs on the quilts? It's not a question of washing them, I would have to throw them away. This is my house not some cheap motel where you can stuff whatever you like in a room. Nicole never been past the driveway and she hasn't seen the studio. Upon seeing what came out the car, I said I was going to call VRBO about it to see what we could do. When i came back phone in hand Nicole had taken off. I did not see them back here. They made a big fuss later that they wanted their money back. I offered them half back as i kept the room open for them on a Saturday night and i would have trouble trying to get it filled for the night after 5 pm. As for the neighborhood, this area is in transition. Yes there are still some older mobile homes. The one Nicole is referring to is ready for demolihion. My previous renter, a nice young guy, sprayed a cross on it, as it is going down. It was just a little joke. Not like bad graffiti. Because the location here this house is estimated to be worth close to a million dollars. Please don't think you will end up in a dump. There is plenty of privacy and and room for guests to be outside and relax and enjoy the amenities, like a small beach with cabana and possibly the longest private deck in Naples. I'm going to stop allowing for dogs here as it's just been a pain. Guests don't understand that dogs come with a lot of extra work for hosts. If a host is asking for a small fee to cover expense for this work it's not going in their pockets it's used for extra cleaning.

Pleasant quiet neighborhood

Great Italian restaurant close by, I highly recommend it. It made the entire choice of this stay worth it. Also, nice art gallery walking distance. And, that's about it. Stay for the serenity. But, I also must be truthful, there was noise at night from the floor above, so bring a sound machine.

Relaxing and quaint little place

This was a much needed time away. So relaxing. The bed was amazing! JanTina provided everything needed to enjoy our experience both inside and outside. Fishing, kayaks, bbq or just chilling . We will be returning soon.

Absolute wonderful place to stay!

My mom and I loved staying here. The bed was super comfortable. The location was great! And we loved having access to the back deck and the kayaks. We will stay here again when we come back to Naples.

I am the mother to 4 boys and now the grandmother to 7 of the most wonderful grand kids.
I love Naples but at the same time I love traveling however I hate hotels. They all look the same. I really enjoy giving you a personal welcome in my properties.
I am always improving the place to gave you even more reasons to leave me that 5* feedback.
Our guest tell me over and over: This is PARADISE we live in.
The lake is the biggest feature. Just take out one of the kayaks and peddle around. It is so quiet and there is so much nature to experience that you forget we are only a couple of miles from downtown. I love to talk to my guests about it.
Holland House & the Beach House on the lake are my creations. Besides these 2 houses, I also run a Sober house. The Sober house is a Non profit organization.
I'm trying save energy and waist without giving up those luxuries that make a vacation fun. The kayaks for instance are great fun to use and are very environmental friendly. Being on the water while it’s quiet you will see so many more animals than if you use any motorized vehicle on or off the water. If you don't want to paddle around just enjoy the view from the decks.
I believe we live in the best neighborhood in Naples. Almost everything you can need is close by.
Restaurants, including the food truck park, bars, parks, a hot Yoga place and an organic coffee shop and the botanical garden can easy be reached by foot. There’s a bus stop right by the corner on Bayshore Dr.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Because it's right in the center of the Bayshore Arts district. But it's quit and peaceful n one of the most stunning small lakes in Naples. It's close to the Gulf and Downtown. You won't need to travel further than a 4 miles radius to find just about anything our Tropical paradise is know for.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our outdoor facilities are unbeatable. One of the decks deck with is floating and is a great place to have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Enjoy the, free for guests, Kayaks and go around the lake and watch animals and birds that live here.
