The location is awesome as it's a short walk to everything on the strip. Oh, and the backyard....well it's the perfect beach paradise! Newly appointed, newly painted, new 100% cotton towels and bedding, and very regularly maintained, AND we do ALL the cleaning, so you could be certain we clean every nook and cranny between each guest stay.
After a day at the beach, come back and shower off at our outdoor shower and then decompress a little more while laying in the hammock, while your significant other (or friends) lay on the chaise lounge chairs. Then, grab a margarita, or a rum runner (or a beer, sit at the tiki bar for a minute while the grill is heating up. Then sit out on the back deck with family and/ or friends, while our automatic lights come on - and sit amongst the swaying palm trees, and reminisce about how great a day you all just had - knowing, you will repeat it tomorrow!
ABOUT THE HOUSE
We're in a prime location - our front door is less than 300 steps from the beach entrance, and steps from Margies Cafe, Salt Life bar and grill and the St/ Augustine Beach Pier. We have a HUGE private yard with lots of large palm trees, a new hammock, new propane grill, new deck and new tiki bar. The entire house is NEWLY RENOVATED + FRESHLY PAINTED. All new towels for the bathroom (100% cotton) and new sheets (100% cotton) and bed wear (we change everything after each booking so you are assured of your own, clean linens). We are a 5 minute drive to historic downtown St. Augustine where there are more restaurants, bars, site seeing, shopping and Castillo de San Marcos (the historic 315 year old fortress built to protect and defend Spain's claims in the New World) and the Lightner Museum.
You have the entire house (2 bedrooms, 2 baths), full kitchen and laundry room. We live minutes from this home so if ever you need help with anything we're a text away. Our base price is for up to 4 guests. We can accommodate more than 4 (as many as 8 guests), but the rates will be adjusted $45 per night, per each guest over 4. I hate to have to include this next part, but unfortunately it's a must. We provide a very nice home in a great location so you can enjoy your beach vacation. That said, we take a very detailed inventory before and after each stay, and as such if anything is damaged or missing, we will charge you. We background check and verify each guest prior to approving the reservation to try and ensure we allow only trustworthy people stay at this beach home. We also have outdoor security cameras on each entrance to the house that are not to be tampered with. This is all an attempt to provide every guest with an excellent experience and eliminate from the getgo, any issues.
