Perfect Family Getaway - Everything You Could Need and More!

We had an incredible stay at this VRBO property! From the moment we arrived, it was clear the owners thought of everything a family could need. The home was immaculate and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Traveling with a large group of 8 (could easily accommodate a family of 12) can be a challenge, but this house made it easy. The kitchen was fully stocked with every spice, pot, pan, and cooking tool imaginable, which made meal prep a breeze. We were also thrilled with the variety of beach supplies available, beach chairs, toys, umbrella, and even a beach cart(s) to carry everything! It was so convenient to have all these amenities on hand, and the short walk to the beach made it easy to come and go as we pleased. Overall, this property was perfect for our family vacation. The proximity to the beach, the thoughtful amenities, and the cleanliness of the home exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free, beachside getaway!

Family time in Brigantine

This house is beautiful and well-appointed. Everything a person would need for a beach vacation is there. My family enjoyed themselves immensely and we would definitely rent it again. The owner communicated very well with me and was quick to answer any questions that I had. I highly recommend this house!

Lovely House!

We had an awesome week! We were there for a week long dance competion - 5 families, 5 dancers. Plenty of room in the house, loved the extra fridge in the garage and the mini fridge in the master! So many beach chairs and toys which was great for the kids and moms alike. Would consider staying here again!

Wonderful family house

My family and I loved the house. It was spacious and gave enough space for the 4 kids, 1 toddler, and 7 adults. We would totally recommend this home and would love to stay again next summer!

Fantastic Trip!

There’s a reason we asked to stay here again year after year- house is just set up really nicely and you can tell the owners take really good care of it. New improvements are fantastic and make the house shine even more. Close walk to the beach, and I can’t stress how well the house is stocked with everything you may need- and even things you didn’t think you needed! Looking forward to next year!

The Best!

Foe the second year, our family had a reunion at this fantastic location. All we needed to bring were sheets, towels, food, and ourselves, everything else was provided. On the second floor is the kitchen, well-stocked with small & large appliances, pots & pans of every size, lots of placemats and kitchen towels, and loads of seating at the dining room table and kitchen counter. The living room has three sofas from which we were able to watch TV. This floor also has a bedroom. The kids in the family liked the first floor family room, which had games and foosball, a family favorite! There are also two bedrooms and a laundry room on that floor (excellent washer & dryer, and also a much needed clothes rack!) My husband and I especially loved the master suite, with its own bathroom, and a humungous closet! Here you will find the iron and ironing board, needed before our trips to fine restaurants in Atlantic City). Another feature we truly loved was the elevator! As someone who has difficulty with stairs, this luxury enabled me to enjoy a vacation with my large family so close to the beach. Speaking of the beach, the garage contains sand toys, plenty of beach chairs, two Wonder Wheelers, and a Weber grille. This house is the best! Neat, clean, very contemporarily furnished, with a bathroom on every floor (two on the third). There is a porch on the first floor, a large deck on the second, and a very private deck on the third. I ❤️ it!

Beautiful House!

The house was beautiful. The pictures did not do it justice. Very clean and fully stocked with everything you would need. Plenty of room to spread out if you are a big group. The outdoor terrace was amazing. The host was super responsive. The beach is just 3 blocks away. The beach was nice but the town is very quiet not much going on at night. Atlantic City is a 5-10 minute Uber ride so it’s right there if you are looking for nightlife. So you have the best of both worlds. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice vacation

Property was very nice. Only one bike worked and we wanted to use then. Plenty of things for the beach. Grill was great. We did not like that we had to take 4 days of garbage to dump. This should be taken care of by cleaning crew. We cooked a lot and kitchen was great. Choices on tv were great. Main deck was so enjoyable. Walk to beach was easy. People around were very friendly.

Brigantine 2023

This shore home is beautiful with just the right number of bedrooms and bed configurations to suit our extended family ( including small children and several members' significant others.) Clean, comfortable, light-filled and spacious with all the helpful amenities and then some. We could not access the beach 2 blocks from the house due to beach restoration this year but the short drive to swim was very manageable. Easy, clear communication with owner regarding check-in and check-out procedures. Would not hesitate to rent here again.

Fantastic Family Vacation in Brigantine

Just got back from a wonderful week at this property. My family and in-laws typically spend a week somewhere at the Jersey Shore, and this was the best house we've stayed at, hands down. The house is in fantastic condition, and I can't begin to explain how well stocked the house is with not just kitchen supplies, but toys/games, beach supplies, etc. There is a ton of room if you want to be apart, but really great open living spaces for everyone to gather in when you want to be together. The beds are comfortable, there are plenty of bathrooms as well in the house- everything is just in great condition. You can really tell the owners take great pride in this house- and it shows. My entire family had a great time, and the kids were honestly sad to go when we packed up the car. That is the sign of a vacation well done!

The property is great. It’s a short walk to the beach. The house is well equipped with a stocked kitchen and even beach chairs. It’s very clean and perfect for large family gatherings. The host is very responsive and helpful.

Great house - room for all.

Our extended family of 12 had plenty of room in this beautiful house! We especially enjoyed the decks. The house has the best stocked kitchen, a short walk to the beach, and was very clean. Would recommend 100%!

Nice property, walking distance from beach

This very nice, clean house was perfect for our family vacation. They provided 10 beach passes and a number of beach chairs. What a perk! Manager was very receptive to minor issues that came up during the week. Highly recommend this property.

Good location to the beach.

Overall the house has a great layout for a weekly beach vacation for the extended family. The house is located on the north end of the island which is the better beach location in my opinion, short walk through the dunes and short walk to the water compared to the middle and south part of the island.

Nice week

The house is well maintained and clean. The bedrooms on the first floor were disappointing and we did not utilize. The mattresses were very poor and you could feel the springs in them, felt more like a box springs, mattresses in other rooms aside from master were very squeaky. House overall was nice and location to beach was good. Owner was quick to respond to any questions.
