We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was clean and well maintained. The unit was decorated nicely to fit the beach setting. The pool and beach are close walk from the unit. We would stay here again if visiting Amelia Island.

Our place was clean, perfectly decorated, and very hospitable. It was very close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

We loved staying here. It was perfect for my long weekend with my adult son and his girlfriend. It's centrally located to everything that we wanted to do. And an easy walk to the beach.

Week in paradise

We very much enjoyed our stay in this property which is clean, nicely furnished and provided us the comforts of home. Property is also very convenient to everything and 2 blocks from the beach( or across the road, really). We hope to stay here again!

Summer vacation

We had a lovely stay! Beautiful home, close to the beach. My kids loved listening to records, and now i am on the hunt for a record player!

Great condo in great location!

We love this neighborhood as it is close to all the events of car week and an easy stroll to beach. Lots of safe parking. Very quiet area. Unit is really nicely updated and has plenty of kitchen items to make your own meals. Management company is great!

Great Location

Comfortable condo, nice complex. Nice pool, 5 min walk to beach! Pickle ball in full swing! Cable TV was great! Kitchen is tiny, minimal counter space.

Private Paradise

We had the best time staying here! The location was amazing only about a 7 minute walk from the beach. Super close to multiple grocery stores and all the bars and restaurants. Stacie from Stay Better Vacations checked in with us every day to make sure we were having a good time and had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. The condo itself was beautiful and super private, we enjoyed having coffee on the balcony every morning. The checkout process was incredibly easy and hassle free. We will definitely be returning!

Ideal all around!

Everything was wonderful, from the check-in process to all the condo had to offer, as well as the location. When we discovered the condo didn’t have an iron or ironing board, I contacted Stacie who immediately responded and remedied the situation. That is top notch customer service. Thank you, thank you!

This unit checks all the boxes!

We were looking for a 2 br 2 ba unit that had a desk somewhere inside, and found this one. The unit exceeded our expectations! It was clean, nicely furnished, with a nice size desk area, lots of extras such as kitchen supplies, beach toys and chairs, and more. The ceiling fans in the 2 bedrooms and the living area were a real plus. We hope to stay here again if we are able to return next year!

condo fine but the residents aren’t nice

the condo was nice and was just as described. the condo could use some work /updating but it serves it purpose. people that I can assume live there full or part time (not just visitors) are not kind in any way. it was storming so we got out of the pool and waited under the awning/ office area and told we weren’t allowed to wait there either. she made a point to wait until me, my 7 year old and 2 year old walked out in the rain and left. check in and out was a breeze.
