This 3BR , 2BA Mid- century pool home is your away from home beach-side getaway. Just a two minute drive to the beach , this home is situated in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Indian Harbour Beach offers a retreat away from the more tourist-heavy areas, while still only a short driving distance from all that brings travelers to the Space Coast. Newly renovated with comfortable furnishings , fully appointed kitchen and bar workspace for your vacation or business trip.
Special rates for stays in excess of 60 days, inquire if interested.
RESPONSE TIME: We respond to all questions about the home or area usually within an hour between the hours of 7am -10pm Eastern time. While you are a guest emergency calls are immediately answered.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was as good as we hoped for. We appreciated all the attention to detail of the property. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. It provided the rest and recreation we needed. We would certainly stay here again.

Such a great place!

Great communication, easy check in, everything right on time. Place was super clean, well maintained and everything on the description was accurate. Neighborhood was very nice, safe, walked around a lot and for us, quite close to the Oars&Paddle Park.

Great Location for our Paddle Camp Needs

Very nice property. Well maintained. Minor issue with wifi. Did get resolved. Other than that terrific place to stay. Large kitchen. Had everything you need. Screen porch nice too. I would definitely recommend.

House review

Overall the house was fine. The hosts were great and quick to return messages. We were arriving a little late and the hosts set us up with some breakfast items so we had food in the morning. The pictures on the website were accurate. We loved the screened in back patio. I was out there a majority of the time. They had sand and pool toys. Corn hole.The house was in a good location, nice neighborhood and near the beach, restaurants and groceries. There were books and lots of board games.The little things we ran into. The shower curtains in both bathrooms kept falling down. The bathrooms are really small. In the master bath I would almost hit my head on the wall getting off the toilet. The remote on the living room tv quit working. Salt and pepper were really the only spices and there were no other condiments. We were staying for two weeks and we were provided with two trash bags and two extra rolls of toilet paper. We had to go buy more to get us through the stay. The couch and two chairs in the living room have down cushions and as an older couple they were uncomfortable and hard to get up out of. The patio furniture was much more comfortable. Beds were okay but not great. The pool was lack luster. The lighting around the pool was solar powered , one string didn’t work and the other string was very dim, but it was December and not as much daylight. There was a BBQ grill but there were no lights around it so winter months when it got dark early it was hard to see.

Great location and clean home in Indian Harbour

We had a great time and the owners were very responsive and helpful during our stay. We are so glad we booked this home and appreciated all that was available in the kitchen especially because it was Thanksgiving and we were able to cook our family meals there easily. The house was clean and I'm sure during the summer the pool is a great place to hang out. Thank you.

Enjoyable stay

The property had everything we needed and it was great to be able to swim in the pool. It is in a quiet neighborhood and located a short drive from the beach - could probably bike ride to it too.

Our experience during our stay was great. The communication with the property manager was great. There were many local activities near by and the rental house was a great set-up for our family.

A perfect vacation

The house is stunning. The pics online do not show how gorgeous the backyard is now! It’s right near all the local eateries and shopping. 17 min from Cocoa. Everything is well done inside and out…the hosts are outstanding! Highly recommend you try it here! You won’t be disappointed.

Beach Side Escape

The house was perfect for us and was very comfortable and immaculate. Quiet neighbourhood with lots of good restaurants nearby. Unfortunately the weather let us down, but we enjoyed it anyway. Beach was beautiful.

Great trip to Florida!

We loved staying here for our family vacation! Kendall was so helpful and responsive leading up to and during our trip. The neighbors were so kind and also very helpful. It’s the perfect location, and the house was beautiful! We hope to stay here again

Just what i needed

This was a birthday vacation with my family. The house had easy entry and was just perfect. The pool was the main feature for us and we used ot every day. It was not far from the beach and shopping. A quite neighborhood. Would definitely recommend

Great property in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. House is well cared for and maintained; you can tell how much they care about providing a great stay. The pool alone makes this property worth the stay!

Just perfect

Perfect size for a family of 4! While we were there had plenty of space to enjoy the little down time we had in between activities without crowding one another. Plenty of room in kitchen for cooking and really enjoyed the pool. Host was extremely responsive and resolved any issues almost immediately. Definitely recommend if you’re ever in the area!

Family Beach/Disney vacay

We just got back from a wonderful week at this property. The house was perfect for our needs and was close to the beach A very short drive. Walkable as wellbut we chose to drive the 3-4 minutes so we didn't have to.carry our beach supplies. The property owner also responded promptly with the very minor issue we had. And cant beat the price for being the first week out of school. 10 out of 10 would stay here again.

The house was extremely clean and had everything we could need. The property owners were prompt communicators and even went above and beyond with a few grocery items for our late arrival. Great central location. Pool was sparkling clean. We all loved it!

Wonderful relaxing stay

We had a wonderful stay. The house was super clean when we arrived. The owners quickly responded to any questions we had prior to arrival and gave great tips about things to do and restaurants in the area. The pool was wonderful and we loved the screen room. The house was spacious and we appreciated all of the baby/toddler items provide( high chair,pack n play, and bed rail). The house was well supplied with cooking utensils and pans. The complimentary coffee was a nice touch. It was great to have so many beach towels, sand toys and floaters available. The owners went out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of. The yard was good size, fenced in. And very private and we loved all of the blooming plants. The neighborhood was residential and very quiet. The location was great. Lots of beaches, parks and restaurants nearby. We were able to eat a meal outside on the waterfront everyday. The grocery store was also just 5 minutes away. I would definitely recommend staying here. It was a perfect retreat for my family.

Great quiet escape

Loved our stay. We had 3 teen boys and even our college daughter popped in for a few nights. Everyone had fun. House was great. Loved the porch and the pool. In a quiet residential neighborhood but close to beaches and restaurants. We cooked a few nights went to see a rocket launch at Kenney space center and had many good beach days. Owners were so helpful and super responsive. Great time!

Spotless place and thoughtful hosts

This place was perfect. The house was beyond clean and all spaces were updated. The host went above and beyond to have groceries for us after our long drive. Communication was amazing. We would definitely stay here again!
