Step into your fully stocked apartment right in the heart of downtown Newport! This is a very cool space, boasting 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, and the other with two twin beds. There is also a pullout sofa in the living room. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need, and the bathroom has undergone recent renovations including a walk in glass shower. The unit also has a washer/dryer and newly installed mini splits.

86 Spring Street is one of the best locations in Newport. You are a five minute walk to famous landmarks such as Bannisters and Bowens Wharf, Trinity and St. Maryâs Church and The Black Pearl Restaurant. Truly, you are in the heart of it all with dozens of restaurants, shops, bars and sights right outside your door.
Hop in your car for a 10 minute drive to both the Ocean Drive and Bellevue Avenue Preservation Society Mansions.
Windward Suites properties are all keyless, and instead use keypad smart locks for all of the doors for both the buildings and units. All guests will get an email the day of their stay with the codes to the doors.
Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please be respectful of these times unless you have contacted us, as we have a cleaning crew who need the time to do a thorough job before and after all of our guests.
There are two off street parking spots which are on a first come, first serve basis. There are, however, paid public parking lots on Church Street,and also one on Clarke St. which are both just two blocks away. There is also the option of parking for free at another Windward Lot which is a ten minute walk away located off Broadway. Please contact us if you will be needing access to this lot.
86 Spring Street is a five unit building located on Historic Spring Street. Unit Four is located on the second floor, and is the perfect retreat after a day spent wandering around downtown. Step into the entryway and there is a kitchen located off to the left with a dining room table which can seat six. Off of the dining area is a bedroom with a queen size bed. Off of the entryway to the right is a large living room with pull out sofa, and two large lounge chairs. From the living room is the second bedroom with two twin size beds. There is a back staircase from the kitchen which leads down to a shared brick patio. This is really a cool spot, and with recent updates such as the bathroom and mini splits you are sure to feel like you are in a home away from home.
All of Windwards properties are professionally cleaned between guests and come outfitted in high end linens and towels.
Aside from the cleanliness of the space, it is in one of the most sought after locations in Newport. You are steps away from Thames Street, Bannisters & Bowens Wharf, and endless restaurants, bars, and shopping.
