The house served our family great. We needed a place to stay in Lehi near family for a little trip. It was also close enough to both Provo and Salt Lake for day trips to either one.
Great place to stay in the Salt Lake City area. Great deal for the price and really nice owner. People who have a hard time with stairs should be aware there are 4 levels, but that wasnât a problem for us. The organization in the kitchen made it so much easier to find pots and pans than most Rentals weâve stayed in. Would definitely stay here again!
We Loved this house! Andy was so easy to deal with and so kind. The house was beautiful and clean and big. So many rooms. We came to Utah for our family reunion and it was located in a central location. Perfect đ€ Thank you!
We were in town for my son's wedding. The entire bridal party got ready at the house and it was perfect! The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the yard is amazing!
The driveway is accurately described as steep, but we just parked in the garage and loaded/unloaded from there!
The location is perfect for anything from Payson to Salt Lake!!
This was a great house for us! Everything was clean and tidy. I loved that we had access to the garage! Utah was having recorded breaking heat the week we visited , having access to the garage kept our car from being unbearable. I love that they had everything I needed. Best VRBO yet!
We enjoyed the place from the moment we walked in the door. Very bright and very clean. Wished we had time to sit and enjoy the fire in the gazebo. The living room was so comfortable (naps were taken there) and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook at the house. Easy access to outdoor adventures as well as food and shopping. The check in process was so easy too. This was a great place. Iâm sure we will be returning.
Easy access to the freeway. Near Thanksgiving point. Felt like youâre in your own home. We stayed during Covid-19. They allowed us to hold our under 10 persons wedding for our daughter in the backyard and it exceeded our expectations. Beautiful backdrop with a gazebo.
We basically just slept at the house, but it was comfortable and a great location for both Utah and Salt Lake Valley places we needed to be. I forgot my toiletries and had to run to Wal-Mart (only 8 mins away) to get some travel size stuff as they didn't have any shampoo or body soap in the house. Other than that, this house was comfortable and clean and was a great launching point for what we needed.
I use VRBO everywhere I travel. This trip was to visit friends in the Lehi area so the location was the priority. It is in a great location for access to everything that the Utah Valley offers. That being said, the property was not extremely clean, and had little to none of the consumables that I typically have made available to me during my stay - coffee, paper towels, etc. The property owner was very responsive in the planning and details of the trip, but the property is not in a state that I typically find in other stays.
We have stayed at lots of VRBO rentals and this one was fine. And honestly most of my complaints are situational based on our group. Not the listing itself. Communication was very good and checkin was a breeze! Here are just some things I wish I knew before renting this property. As many have mentioned there are tons of stairs which is not a problem until you have an infant who only wants to live on them. So bear that in mind. The other thing, and again, this was due to my lack of reading the property description, is there are no provided toiletries. We have gotten so used to rentals providing these that when we showed up at 9pm all wanting to shower and go to bed we were severely disappointed. A quick trip to the store remedied this but I wish I had known before. The backyard and front yard were really rough looking and not at all like the pictures but I believe the owner is working on improving the yard as he asked us not to go in the backyard since they were reseeding it. All in all it was a decent rental that fit our needs since we mostly just slept there and spent our active hours elsewhere.
The house itself was good, and as advertised. It was spacious and we appreciated the garage and yard. If new/smart appliances are important to you, this house does not have them (the appliances work fine, just look older). The bedrooms have windows that extend up above the blinds - for us, this was hard because we really like to darken the room to be able to sleep longer in the morning. In the summer, there was sun streaming through the top part of the window as we tried to put the kids to bed, and then it got very bright in the morning before we wanted to wake up as well. The main concern I had was communication with the owner. When we arrived, the code did not work, because we had been provided outdated check-in information. I tried calling, texting, and messaging on the website but with no answer after 40 minutes and two overtired kids, we had to go get a hotel. The owner did then respond after an hour, which I realize is not a long delay, just too long for us when we were sitting out on the porch unable to enter. Even after that, communication was sporadic between a landline and one cell line that was not really responsive to texts. The owner did of their own initiative refund us the night we were unable to enter, so they made it right. They also went above and beyond when I messaged before the stay asking if they had a certain item in the home, they responded that it wasn't normally there but they could bring some, and had it waiting for us when we arrived, which was definitely the extra mile. So, it's a good house and our stay ended up being fine; if quick-response communication with the owner is important to you, though, this would not be one for you.
The home was comfortable for our group of friends. We enjoyed having a space to come together for a short weekend. Clear communication from the manner and easy check in and out.
The property was close to our destination & restaurants. We wish we had known how many stairs are in the home, no bedroom or bathroom access without stairs.
Kitchen was well stocked.
The thermostat keep reverting to 66 degrees which was quite chilly at times.
We stayed at this property to attend the Thanksgiving Point Garden of Quilts. The property was a short easy drive to Thanksgiving Point. The neighborhood wasn't the most high scale but it was quiet and nice. It was close to restaurants, grocery store and gas. There are a lot of stairs in this house as it is a 4 level house. The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes.
I canât say enough good things about this propertyâŠ. pretty perfect location - close to the freeway, grocery store, and restaurants, very well maintained home and yard, along with great communication from Andrew, the property owner. Will definitely book again if weâre in the area!
My son and daughter-in-law recently moved to Lehi for a new job. This was our first time visiting Utah and the Salt Lake City area. We were hoping to find a place that could accommodate our family of five (myself, my wife, two sons, and brother-in-law) and give us room to spread out. This was the perfect place for us.
Andrew was extremely nice and helpful throughout the entire process, including communicating with us regarding a minor issue with a ceiling fan. He went above and beyond in making sure that our stay was perfect. The layout of the house was exactly what we needed, with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space.
Although we didn't cook as much as we thought we would, the kitchen was well stocked with everything that you would need. We especially liked the backyard gazebo. It provided nice shade throughout the day and was a great place for the family to hang out.
Overall, I would highly recommend this home for your next stay in the Lehi area. For larger families, the location, price, and quality of the home cannot be beaten. Thanks again to Andrew for being such a wonderful host. We look forward to our next trip to Lehi and hope we will be able to stay here again.
