Maravilla Unit #1412 is a top floor unit with gulf views and is conveniently located just steps to the pool or beach! The fun, relaxed décor reminds you to leave all your worries at home and ENJOY your vacation! You'll love the private beach access, pristine pools, and complimentary beach service that includes 1 umbrella and 2 chairs. Beach service is offered March-October.

The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and private bathroom, and sliding glass doors that open to your oversized patio. The guest bedroom also has a king bed, and the kids love the third bedroom and view it as their little retreat while enjoying the bunk beds.

Everything was excellent. Condo was as described and very clean. Location is excellent. Would definitely stay here again and bring the kids and grandkids along. Plenty of room for 6 of us.

Check in is completely automated and was so easy. The condo had everything we needed and the complex is close to the beach and lots of extras like a gym and pickleball courts. We are considering a return trip next summer!

Condo was exactly what we needed. Great location! Clean! Has most kitchen needs! Only negative was the private beach did not allow us to use our beach tent. Not that big of an issue as you can rent another umbrella. We will be back!

The listing was accurately described and very clean. Check-in and communication process could have been better. Better lighting is needed in both bathrooms but especially of the master. Only 3 of the very small lights burned. Also, the master bedroom stayed hot. It was the hottest room in the condo. Given these 2 issues, would stay again. The location was great and the private beach was gorgeous.

Great stay at Maravilla

Everything was great. There were no surprises. I would rent again. A husband and wife own this property and it is managed by a local property management company. It is fourth floor, but still very close to the beach. There was a lot of attention to detail. For instance: extra trash bags, board games, two styles of coffee makers, tea kettle, decent cookware, etc. The kids bunk nook was perfect. Overall, great stay and a solid choice if you are looking at Maravilla stays.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was convenient to the beach and we loved having the umbrella and chair set up included- less stuff to lug with us. At night it was quiet which is not always the case in large complexes like this. The rooms were nice and we did not really use the kitchen but it came with most everything you need. It would have been nice for them to start with a couple k-cups of coffee and hand soap in the bathrooms. Overall is what great for the weekend.

Great Location

Walking distance to the beach!!! We enjoyed the stay but expected the house to be a little more equipped with daily necessities such as, but not limited to: trash bags, cleaning supplies, basic amenities specially for people from out of state that it’s not familiar with the surroundings. We have stayed in other houses before and we’re more equipped than this one.

Relaxing beach property

Condo was beautiful and very clean. Close walk to the beach and there are two pools on the property. We confused this listing with one of the other properties by the owner about this condo having beach chairs and an umbrella provided in the beach, so be prepared to pay for that or bring your own. Owner was easy to get in touch with. Only issues within the property was the water pressure isn’t that great and the beds weren’t that comfortable, which is easy to overlook when you’re just wanting a relaxing getaway.

Was just ok

The location is great and the beds were very comfortable and clean. Ice maker did not work, the vent in the main bathroom fell to the floor in the middle of the night. The main bathroom sink and shower drains were slow. I couldn’t shower as a result of the water backup. The floors were not clean. We had to clean when we arrived. No trash chute - you have to bring your trash to the far part of the parking lot which was inconvenient. Beach was great but note, this is one of the only units that does not provide complimentary beach service. The beach staff indicated it is odd and they get complaints. The beach was perfect and the beach service was as well once we paid for it. Great location.

Great location, poor communication

We loved the condo! It comfortably slept all 8 people in our group. The kitchen and bathrooms were very nice! There was plenty of seating for everyone! The balcony was huge (not much of a view). The walk to the beach was very short! It does not come with any extras, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. We had 8 people in our room, but only got 2 free beach chairs. If we wanted to “rent” more chairs, it was $42 for 2 chairs. The lack of signage made it very difficult to find our condo at night, but checking in and out was simple! Communication with our host was not great! I did not get quick responses when communicating through VRBO. There were some issues in their end processing our payment, that I wish could have been resolved much quicker.

Enjoyed the stay for the most part but...

The location in Destin is great, it's right outside the city limits. The unit itself had a partial view of the beach as you could see. It was very quiet, we did not hear neighbors, etc. We enjoyed having 2 pools since one was closer to our room than the other. The master bedroom bed was highly uncomfortable. Both of our backs were hurting each morning. I peaked under the bed to make sure none of my belongings had rolled under and the bed's legs are barely hanging on. The room was warm but we noticed the vent was closed, once we opened that it fixed the problem. My biggest issue everyone should know is this unit DOES NOT come with chair/umbrella service. That is not a huge deal because we brought chairs and a sun shade, but we were not allowed to use it :( . Maravilla DOES NOT allow sunshades or canopies of any kind on their private beach. We had to travel down the road to the public beach everyday to use a shade we brought. That was aggravating. I wont stay here again off the fact that we have children and need a bigger tent not just an umbrella.

Perfect for family

This property was located short walk to the beach or pool! Very clean had all the amenities needed and a beautiful balcony with a view. great with the teens and a baby would highly recommend.
