Great place at the price. Felt safe and really easy to access to any area in Denver. I'd probably stay in the upper unit next time.

Place was nice but a bit too cozy.(SMALL basement area so be prepared for stairs.) No room to hangout as there is no living room area. I was too excited to find king beds that I guess I missed that detail. We couldn’t control the AC temp so it was rather warm for a bit. Turns out the temp is controlled by tenant on main floor of house. Couldn’t use the dryer as it only stayed on for 10min at a time. That was frustrating. Host was great. Not sure why I had to pay such a high cleaning fee though. Cleaning crew literally had very little to do. Overall, not bad but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Do not waste your money

First of all, I’m going to start with the neighborhood. The house is off of Federal Blvd. which isn’t the safest. Which I was aware of before going since I am originally from the area. However, during our stay one of the houses around the corner had an incident where multiple deputies had to be called, along with the crime scene investigation van. Would not recommend staying here if you have children, or are planning on going on walks around the neighborhood. Now, moving on to the unit. There is not much good I can say about it. Upon arrival we had still not gotten our door code and spent about an hour waiting outside the unit trying to contact the manager. After finally getting the door code we were welcomed by the smell of mold. This smell stayed throughout our entire stay. Because of this we spent the least amount of time as possible in our unit as we could. Our next issue was the washer and dryer in the unit. When using the washer it shakes and almost fell off the platform it sits on. But, after holding the washer down and keeping it in place I moved my clothes into the dryer. Which also didn’t work because the door on it would open randomly because the latch on it was broken. Therefore, it had to be held shut throughout the entire use. Finally, do not be fooled when it says it sleeps six. There is only two king beds and no couches since there is no living room. Therefore, it depends on how close you are with your people to squeeze 6 in the unit.

This area is very diverse, but safe and close to all interstates, shopping, restuarants and all things Denver. We apologize for the delay you experienced in receiving your door code. We strive to provide seamless check-in experiences for our guests, and we will review our communication protocols to ensure this doesn't happen again in the future. Regarding the issue with cleanliness, we take cleanliness very seriously, and it's disheartening to hear about the odor you encountered. We have immediately addressed this matter with our cleaning team and maintenance staff to rectify the situation and ensure it doesn't occur in the future. In terms of the washer and dryer, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We have scheduled a thorough inspection of the appliances to resolve any stability and functionality issues. Our aim is to provide guests with the utmost convenience during their stay, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Regarding the sleeping arrangements, our listing clearly states that there are two king beds available. However, we apologize if this didn't meet your expectations. We understand that different guests may have varying preferences when it comes to sleeping arrangements, and we will consider your feedback when evaluating potential improvements. We also provide a pull out sleeper sofa and a queen size air mattress. We value your feedback and appreciate your perspective on your stay. Not what I thought..

When arriving at the property (it was night) there was no outside light. Then, when trying to put the door code in it would not work. We tried it multiple times in both keypads, for quite a while (30 mins at least) then tried messaging the property manager, but never got a response. The people who checked in renting the upstairs came out and helped us get in. Which they said it took over an hour to get into the property. Then, when walking downstairs there was a “moldy” smell, which we later discovered was from the washing machine. The listing is VERY deceiving. I expected to have a working washer and dryer, a fridge with ice and water, and thought there would be some place to put luggage. First the washer did not work properly. The washer had balance issues previously as the front was not connected to the washer. When doing laundry the washer would shake and almost come off the pedestal no matter the size of load of laundry. Then, when I put the clothes in the dryer it would only run for 15 mins and shut off. So when you expect to have a washer and dryer due to daughter playing softball it is very disappointing. I messaged a manager and they said they would let maintenance know and if I needed to use a local laundry they would reimburse me. I also asked about the outside light (multiple times on multiple days) and NEVER got a response to that either as we were coming in at night. The ice machine was not hooked up to water.
