Fantastic Getaway

This property was perfect and met all our needs. Location was close to shopping and lots of restaurants. House was well maintained and very comfortable. We love the area and like staying here when visiting for spring training. Single story and use of garage really helped 92 yr old parent.

Clean, well managed home

This home was perfect for our group of friends to stay as we enjoyed events around the Phoenix area. The property manager was responsive, the home was clean and organized. We enjoyed our trip.

We found the location and the house to be ideal for our needs. Our trip to AZ was to attend a family wedding so we needed something that would allow us to go to different areas; this suited our needs perfectly. Great Place

House was perfect, neighborhood was nice and quiet and we appreciated all of the extras - comfy pillows, extra towels, games and kid's books, and USB outlet! Would definitely stay here again!

Clean house - very functional and easy access to all of Phoenix area.

We rented this for a wedding in Gilbert. House was clean and very comfortable. Neighborhood was clean and quiet as well.

The Great Escape.

Laura's place was perfect for us. We escaped the cold Wisconsin weather for a couple of weeks in the sun. We would stay there again for sure.

Clean house

House was exceptionally clean and was stocked with all the necessary utensils for cooking. My friends and family are all golfers and we missed the golf channel , ESPN, and the ability to grill. Our host Laura was wonderful and accommodating.

Great property!

We rented the house for a family Thanksgiving and it was great! Roomy enough for 6 adults to sleep and gathering space for additional family to visit. Excellent amenities and close to any store you may need to visit. Will definitely book again when family gathers here.

Spacious, Clean and Quiet.

We were visiting our son, who lives in Gilbert. We are planning on staying here again. Communication with Laura was great. I highly recommend staying here. We parked inside the garage. Private back yard. Dessert Breeze Park two blocks away. Grocery store very close.

Great Getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our time at this property. It was very clean and the host was super nice. The attention to detail, supplies and even a bottle of wine! The location was great for our morning walks around the pond at the park, shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back to this one.

Lived in Phoenix area for 38 years before my husband rejoined the Army in 2009. Returning to the valley to be closer to my kids and grandkids. This home makes it possible. Looking forward to the BNB voyage and being a great host.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Great location and single level. Walk to Desert Breeze Park. Kids have a train and carousel as well as swings and slides galore! In a five -fifteen minute drive you have shopping, and world class restaurants. South Mountain is a great hiking park to visit. The Cactus League is big for spring training. Our weather is typically in the 70s in the winter.

The neighborhood is very quiet and centrally located. Downtown Chandler or Tempe are both minutes away. If you play pickleball, there are outdoor courts in Tempe as well as Pecos Park in Ahwatukee. Indoor options are at Ray and Rural at the Pickleball Kingdom.
