Stunning Modern Chic Condo with Beach Boardwalk | Casa Condo 100

Studio, 1 Bathroom, Maximum Occupancy of 4 ***Maximum occupancy limits are enforced***

This ground level pool side studio has a private patio that gives easy access to the pool and the BBQ grills. The pool side studios are 550 square feet and feature a fully equipped kitchen and full bath. With a king size bed and a sofa sleeper this studio will accomodate up to 4 people. With the beach just steps out the front door you can enjoy the best of both worlds.

This Condominium Property is located just a few minutes from downtown Port Aransas, the La Palmilla golf course, shopping, beach access, and restaurants. This is a Non-Smoking condominium and No pets are allowed.
What you can expect in the condo:
Wi-Fi & Cable
Kitchen is well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
Condo is supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied. Please bring Beach Towels.
A start up supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, bar hand soap for each sink, dishwasher tablets and 1 small bottle of dish soap will be provided. If more supplies are needed, please visit the front desk.

Condo perfect for the 2 of us. Bathroom could have been more roomy. Went into PortA to wildlife preserves and dining,too windy for beaches, but came as an add on before NCAA tourny in San Antonio.

A dune away from beach

Small (especially bathroom) but everything we needed for 4 days with nicely equipped full kitchen. First floor with access to pool from our room was very handy. Lovely pool area and comfortable lounge chairs. Great hot tub. Laundry room just down hall. Front desk very friendly and helpful. Had an issue with the blinds and they sent someone to fix right away. Just 4 miles from town. Would definitely return in the future.

On the beach

Property suited us well. Location was great. Room was spacious, but dated and a bit crowded. Cleaning crew could do a better job on bathroom floors.

Out of the way quite

Nice location that's out of the main town but still close. Less people on this part of the beach. Casa is an old place but kept up nicely. The staff was excellent. Very helpful for anything you needed or answer questions you may have.

Wonderful beachfront condo

We had a great time at casa condominium. It was very clean and right on the beach. The staff was wonderful and the coffee bar was really great and well stocked. We would love to stay there again.

Close to the Beach and Clean as a Whistling

Surrounded by all sorts of properties that are many years newer this property is very well kept and clean and that’s not easy to do for a building this size and age. Inside and out, everything was in great shape including the pool and hot tub. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful location

The room very much looks as pictures. The direct access to the pool was very convienent. The condos also have direct access to the beach which was wonderful for fresh morning walks. It was spring break however this area had many families so it was still appropriate for our family. The town is a short drive away. We loved everything about our stay.Our only recommendation would be to change out the shower curtain when it becomes moldy. We changed it out ourselves. We washed the old one and left it in the closet. Also maybe throwing away the plants in the bathroom as they collect a lot of dust. Also replacing the blinds on the door when missing. Luckily we found extras. Otherwise the kitchen and living/sleeping area were very clean and well maintained. .

A couple of things mentioned to the front desk. Slow bathroom sink drain. Sliding door blinds were NOT acceptable. They kept falling down, the slats kept breaking loose from the top bracket. Slats wouldn’t close so we had the pool light shining in our eyes all night. The generator noise Turning on and off all night making sleep difficult.

Was disappointed the hot tub was not in service. The fridge or ac had a very annoying hum ever time it came on which woke us up , kept us awake. There was only 1 washcloth.

Enjoyed Our Stay

The condo is cute and great for a couple. It is well stocked with everything you need to cook your meals. The only thing that was disappointing was the pool being closed. The main reason I chose this condo was because the patio goes right out to the pool.

Grandkids first beach

Location was perfect. Room was cozy. But that’s where the good ends. Coffee and tea room full of gnats. Made it so we didn’t want any coffee. There should have been coffee in the kitchen for guest. Not in the hallway. Tub leaked continuously. Very annoying and made it hard to sleep. If guest arrived late it can be a bit confusing to get in. Again the location is the best thing.

Pretty good

I liked the location and the condo was nicely decorated. Our room key got demagnetized. We could not get in to our room or the building. I did not take my phone since we went to the beach, and thank goodness a nice man helped. He reached out to the property manager. We waited for 25 minutes before someone came to help. The next day the keys did not work again. It just left this feeling of worry every time we left the room. There were people at the front desk, so they redid the keys for us. The kitchen cooking utensils were dirty with dried scrambled eggs. I understand this, but when you pay extra for extra for a cleaning fee, I feel very disappointed when I get dirty utensils. There were 2 vertical blinds that were just on the floor from the covering of the sliding glass door when we walked in. The drain in the bathroom wasn’t working well when we arrived. Location is nice to the beach, but you will have to drive to go into Port A.
