This historical mansion was built in 1910. It possesses the generous size, the perfection of detail and the air of quiet aristocracy that has made famous the great colonial homes Quincy.
This 7500 sq ft, (3 story + basement) beautiful historical home awaits guests to enjoy its updated kitchen with new windows. The freestanding staircase is not something you see everyday along with both of its gorgeous Italian marble fireplaces, and crystal chandeliers!
The entire house is yours, with 4 bedrooms currently available and 2.5 bathrooms.
Beautiful location in the middle of so many other old impressive homes. Great house with everything we needed. Would stay again if the opportunity presents itself.
We had an incredible weekend in Quincy! This house/mansion, was perfect for our group of 6! Great location, spacious, beautiful and fun to stay in one of the historic homes we admired while in college at QU 24 years ago! Thank you for a great stay!
Perfect for my parents and sisterâs family while they were in Quincy. Well maintained (especially given the age and size), and very comfortable beds and furniture (while still maintaining its historic architectural charm). We will rent again.
Great location. Beautiful house. Great porches. Kitchen includes every kitchen implement imaginable (not just 4 plates, 4 forks, one pot and one big bowl like some properties).
Great neighborhood, beautiful historic home but needs updating badly. Kitchen is big & ok, bedrooms are huge but only 1 had a TV, bathrooms are very dated, the primary bath was clean but dated & the shower was very tinyâŠcould barely turn around.
We are very pleased with stay. Home was clean with everything needed for a beautiful weekend with family from Kansas, Wisconsin, Florida & local family. Our granddaughter graduated from Quincy High School so wonderful memories were created.
Appreciated the home that had every thing we needed. I would definitely recommend the home & return if we have the opportunity.
I was born in Quincy, as were my parents and their parents. Six family members came from Seattle and California to visit family and feel lucky to have stayed here. We'd long driven down these blocks, salivating as we looked at the gorgeous homes, so this was heaven. Comfortable beds, very well-stocked kitchen, plenty of outdoor and indoor space if you want time alone, although we also gathered in the spacious kitchen and living room on a rainy day. The walking was great as well, so we put on a lot of miles (which we needed because we got our Quincy pork tenderloin fix.)
Perfect place to stay and to reconnect with friends for our 50th QHS Reunion. Kitchen was very well equipped and made cooking easy. Definitely would consider on my next trip to Quincy.
Neat old mansion. Parts have been renovated; others still need work. It was fun to stay in one of the historic mansions in downtown Quincy, where my husbandâs grandmother used to take me driving to see them all from the outside and to view the dogwood trees. What a treat to be able to not only see inside one of them, but to stay in one. Canât wait to see what it looks like when it is fully restored.
The home is very spacious and has many cool original features. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch and playing pool in the basement. The house was spacious and the kitchen large; providing enough space to spread out. The fresh roses left on the counter and the other special touches were very nice. I would highly recommend this home and we look forward to returning.
