Ideal 30A location in Seacrest. Off the Clock is located directly on 30A and just a two minute walk to the sugary white sands of an actual quiet beach without crowds! This gorgeous luxury home is near Camp Creek in Eastern Seagrove just past Watersound, conveniently located in between the charming beach town of Alys Beach and The Big Chill (formerly known as The Hub). We are a stone's throw from the Prominence area but BETTER because you won't have the long excruciating walk from Prominence to the beach as we are a right at the beach entrance.

Off the Clock is an easy walk to family entertainment, dining, bike rentals, and more! No need for a golf cart or a crowded beach shuttle! The beach is outside your front door! Discounted bike rental to guests.

DEEP DIVE DETAILS:

As you enter the door you are greeted by a bright space with white shiplap and high ceilings that accentuate the spaciousness of the open floor plan with white oak wood plank flooring throughout the home. The stylish gourmet kitchen is well equipped with Viking stainless steel appliances including a gas range and is stocked with all the essential kitchen appliances and mixology instruments to keep the easy breezy vacation vibes flowing. Counter seating for three at the waterfall edge honed white macabus granite counter in addition to seating for six in an inviting dining area bathed in natural light. Notice the attention to details you will not see in other typical beach rentals such as antique doors and designer lighting and decor.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor, each with a queen bed and luxury bedding, one full bathroom and one unique half bathroom along with full sized laundry concealed by a custom pecky wood cypress sliding barn door. Off the Clock is the perfect escape as you can work remotely with a custom desk on the first floor with large TV/monitor on the wall for your Zoom calls.

From the main floor, you enter the fulled fenced and completely private backyard oasis. Feel free to wash away the sand away from your toes, park your bikes and put up your kayaks before entering the pool area. Off the Clock boasts a large salt water pool that converts into a giant hot tub to enjoy on those chilly Florida nights. Enjoy the your own personal light show in the color of your choice while relaxing in the pool. The pool is equipped with a tanning ledge and two lounge chairs for your enjoyment. Comfy outdoor couches and four additional lounge chairs around the pool along with a brand new grill make the backyard a true oasis and help to transport you to a higher level of relaxation.

Back in the house, walk upstairs with the unique rope handrail to the spacious master bedroom with a king bed, luxury linens, and en suite bathroom with a marble walk-in shower. The master bedroom has a large sitting area with a queen sofa sleeper for the little one to stay close to mom and dad or to sit and relax on while planning the next day’s adventures. Large french doors lead to the private master patio with a bar height table and ample lounge seating to enjoy sit and relax to the sounds of the ocean.

The crow’s nest on the third floor is the perfect spot for the kids with 4 twin XL custom built-bunk beds. The second balcony boasting ocean views provides the perfect spot for enjoying the famous sunsets on 30A. A snack bar area is an appreciated bonus enjoyed by the kids in this cozy space.

On a rare rainy day, Off the Clock is well stocked with books and games. Enjoy free internet and google fiber TV on Smart TVs in the living area and each bedroom. You will never be bored at Off the Clock!

Off the Clock is located in a quiet section of 30A with easy access to all surrounding beaches by car or bike with bike rentals available at The Hub. The home is less than a mile from Camp Creek, one of the world famous Coastal Dune Lakes. Rent a kayak and experience one of the most magnificent places on earth virtually at your doorstep. Experience the Timpoochee Trail, a bike path directly across the street that runs the entire length of 30A. In addition to experiencing the fun shopping and dining experiences up and down 30A in Rosemary, Watercolor, Seaside, Alys and the other 30A areas, you are only a short drive to the many other attractions. Don’t miss the world class shopping in Destin or head to Pier Park in Panama City Beach for more shopping, IMAX and movie theaters, family entertainment, and restaurants. A stay at Off the Clock will make you forget the real world and put you in a vacation state of mind!

You never know who you will meet here on 30A. Last week our guests sat with Jason Aldean and his wife at dinner! And don't forget to check out Shore Thing Cigars, the cigar bar owned by Luke Bryan just a short walk from the house!

THE NIITTY GRITTY:

1. All adult guests will be required to sign a Waiver of Liability prior to arrival sent via email by owner.
2. Booking party is required to provide a copy of his/her Drivers' License along with signing and returning a copy of the Rental Agreement sent via email by owner. The terms of the Agreement are effective once the property is booked.
3. Guest Information Form must also be completed by booking party and returned to owner. A Welcome Letter will be provided to booking party prior to arrival.
****** September 1- March 31 ********* a pool heating fee of $45 per day will be charged and payable to owner outside of VRBO prior to check-in.
4. Property Damage Protection is required to be purchased by the booking party from VRBO. Please ask the owner if you have any questions about this requirement.
5. In June 2021, external security cameras on the front and side doors will be installed. A third camera will be installed on the side of the home to monitor the exterior pool equipment.
6. NOTE: While the property sleeps * up to 12 guests * as there are enough beds for 12 persons, the * maximum number of adult guests * permitted is 6 during any stay unless specifically discussed and approved by the Owner in writing.

Absolute PERFECTION! Ideal 30A vacation!
Everything was perfect. The house is gorgeous and has a wonderful private pool and converts into a giant hot tub! The beach is literally a 2 minute walk (I timed it!) and it is quiet and great. My family and I loved being within walking distances to shops and dining as well. House is located in a very nice part of 30A away from the craziness of wild teens let loose is Seaside. Host was very responsive and we will be back. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Amazing time at 30A
Loved the house! Would stay there again! Not only was it everything we expected based on pictures, but it was the most well-stocked VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. The host was extremely accommodating and we loved our six days. Very close to the beach and very nearby everything and anything that we needed.

Nice Location & Fully Equipped
We had a great stay! This VRBO was well stocked with everything you’d need for your trip. Even includes a little closet of potential things you may of forgot which was a very nice touch! The house is super close to the beach as well making it easy. We biked to Rosemary a lot too. Overall, great location. Only small complaint was the patios/decks were pretty dirty with debris so we didn’t use them much, but we did find a leaf blower which could of helped.

We are a family of 5 from Nashville looking for an escape from COVID and the craziness of the world! We have always loved the beauty of 30A and the many sites of sounds of the beach towns up and down 30A. It just seemed like a perfect time to take the leap and grab a piece of 30A for ourselves so we purchased the perfect home! We hope you enjoy Off the Clock just as much as we have so far and create many special family memories here.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love the private pool (it even has a tanning ledge!) and extreme proximity to the beach! Who likes to lug all your beach gear? Not us. You can go home to eat and handle nature calls without missing a second of the fun! We especially enjoy The Big Chill (formerly known as The Hub) located less than a mile from the home. The Big Chill offers family entertainment, restaurants, shopping, and bars all in one local spot! Hang out and listen to live music while the kids play on the open lawn. Dad can go grad a cigar at Luke Bryant’s Shore Thing Cigars. Don’t forget to hit Super Freeze for the best ice cream on 30A or visit the candy store before heading back to the house for a late night swim.
