House saved our trip.....

Saved us when another house from another short term home rental company was not wheelchair accessible. We drove from the midwest 4 days and couldn't even get thru the door because there was step and more steps inside.Great location. Great amenities. Kitchen well stocked in cookware etc. Loved the firepit. The bedroom doors are a bit narrow for a bariatric powerchair but most everything else was very nice

Holiday Getaway

We rented this house over the Christmas holiday and it was perfect for what we needed. The game room was a great place for the teens and young adults to hang out. We had enough space for everyone. The owner even put up a tree for us. I would recommend this house.

2nd visit just as great

This was our 2nd time renting this property & it was just as nice as the first. Home was clean, fresh, well appointed and the property owner, Spencer, is so nice and a great communicator. We love that he offered us complimentary early check in because the property was ready early which was very kind.

Perfect from Room to Fun!

First off - the Best Host! Secondly, the home was as described with everything you could think of, and more! We happened to check in (early!) on Halloween with three children in tow. TV in every room, and the game room in the garage was the highlight! Easy access to the Highway and Prescott. Quite the bang for your buck! We would definitely stay again.

Comfortable Home

First thing is Spencer is a fantastic communicator and super helpful. Home is exactly as described and photographed. Our employees loved their down time on this work trip thanks to the ping pong table, bbq and candy bar. We actually already booked a 2nd stay for work travel.

The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the dishes we needed. The host even through in supplies for s'more's. I would stay here again.

Great for families!

This was a great property for us when visiting town for my son's soccer tournament. It was exactly as pictured and had great kitchen amenities, large TV's, and a great game room for the kids to be in a separate area while adults could watch TV. The host was responsive and easy to work with. Would recommend and come here again!

Everything they show is upfront and perfect. great location -easy to get around the area - we were there to search for property to purchase - Easy to cook our meals - so much better (and cheaper) than a hotel.

Really Enjoyed Stay!!

Very nice place to stay. Worked out good for our softball tourney. Good location and close to gas, food, and the fields we played at. Very clean with nice big TV in the living room. Good communication with Host also! Hope to stay here again!

Comfortable house for family with kids

Everything was exactly as listed. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay during our daughter's soccer tournament. Candy cabinet was a big hit with the kids!

Great Property!

We were looking for a place to stay while our twins recovered in the NICU. Spencer was extremely accommodating and provided quick responses with answers to any questions. Property had everything we needed and was close to stores, restaurants and the hospital. I would recommend this property to anybody!

Great Choice for Families

This house was easily the most welcoming rental I've ever stayed at. Plenty of food and toiletries stocked. The candy cabinet and giant living room TV were hits with both the kids and adults in our party. It's a short drive to groceries and restaurants/fast food and a relatively short 20 min drive to Prescott where we were able to find a bit more snow to play in. This is a house we will not hesitate to rent again in the future. Thank you, Spencer!

Grand Canyon surprise engagement

My daughter and her then boyfriend stayed at Spencer's home when they were here visiting us, her parents who recently moved to the area. Her boyfriend surprised her with a wedding proposal at The Grand Canyon. It was spectacular! The house was about an hour and a half drive to the Canyon which was very convenient. We then came back to the house for dinner and grilled steaks in the backyard and enjoyed s'mores which were left there for us by Spencer. The movie candy was greatly appreciated and provided us much needed energy for all of our travels. The home is very clean. The ping pong table was fun too! I will definitely keep Spencer's home in mind if I have more family coming to the area. He was very prompt to respond to any questions I had as well. Thank you, Spencer.

Great Home in Wonderful Area

Spencer’s home was wonderful. Exactly as described in the listing. Great new carpet that was comfy to walk on. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms to help stay cool. Lots of fun games, pool table, and more in the garage. Bathrooms were well stocked with comfy towels and lots of toiletries. Great selection of pots, pans, cooking utensils. Every small appliance we could have wanted in the kitchen. Lots of food supplies in the pantry, and great snacks to munch on. Spencer even supplied the items to make s’mores using the cute fire pit on the backyard patio. The grill was great for bar-b-queing in the backyard. We stayed there with our two adult sons and the house was a great size for the four of us and our son who lives close by. The highest TV in the family room with lots of furniture made it easy to hang out for family time. There are great new TVs in the bedrooms. This home is great for hanging out with family and friends. Spencer was easy to work with, a great communicator, and addressed all our questions. We couldn’t be happier with our time at his home. Highly recommend you stay here

Perfect location

This property gets an A++ for cleanliness and supplies. The location was perfect for us...out of the town but so close to Prescott and not far from Sedona. The golfing was spectacular! We loved it!

Loved this home

Arrived at night, it was a pleasure to have a big Christmas tree lite in the living room. Beds were all comfortable. Pantry and fridge stocked with all the essentials you would need. It was to cold to use the back yard but we will definitely be going back and hopefully able to stay here again. Spencer’s was awesome with great communication.
