Guests will occupy the entire three level spacious, clean and updated home. There are two family rooms, kitchen, dining room. and bathroom on main level. The 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms are upstairs. The open steps to the basement leads to two rooms. One with a washer & dryer plus a table etc., and a room with a single bed, futon couch. Games & toys are there, in the closet. Home Is fully furnished and well stocked with necessities.! The 2 car garage is a game room, with pool table, foosball, etc. This large home is on a quiet, corner lot in a safe neighborhood. There is plenty of on -site parking, and property is across the street from a school kid's playground, with plenty of toys to play on, basketball hoop, etc.

Perfect fit

Our family of 7 plus 2 infants really enjoyed staying here, I think more than going to the zoo! The game room and all of the accommodations did not disappoint. We found it very comfortable, clean and fun! It is super close to a Hy-vee which we visited frequently! Quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely recommend!

Family Reunion

6 adults and 2 children for 4 day stay. The house was perfect for so many. Roomy, fully stocked kitchen, nice backyard area for cookouts and early morning coffee. Owners were exceptionally helpful with a unique problem we encountered and their help ensured we had a great experience.

Family weekend

This house was in a perfect location for our purpose. It was close to the softball fields where our team was playing. It was close to the grocery store and had easy access to the Interstate. It was nice to come home at night to this comfortable home. It worked well for our family although my 81 y.o. mother did have some problems with stairs. Overall, it was a great weekend and we would rent the house again.

The property was clean and tidy. A great location. A really lovely home. My only complaint would be all the stairs in a split level home, particular challenge to this old lady's knees and hips.

Great for families

Hosts were very responsive and friendly. We had one maintenance issue when we were there and the hosts took immediate action and resolved the problem quickly. Would stay at this property again when visiting Omaha.

Neat space

Our family enjoyed the unique floorplan and outdoor patio space. We spent a large amount of time in the game room garage. So fun! Thank you for this welcoming space during our visit to Omaha.

My sisters family of 5 and my family of 5 stayed in this home for the weekend and we had a great time! Our kids really enjoyed the game room, karaoke, outside swing and puzzles. We had plenty of space to be out of each others way. We would definitely recommend this home to others and would stay again if we are ever back up that way.

New Years Family Weekend

This property was perfect for our family New Years/Christmas. There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep and hang out. The gaming area in the garage was a hit for all! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies for all our needs. The home was clean and welcoming - we would definitely stay here again.

Quiet and close to everything

Neighborhood was quiet and close to anything you need. House was the perfect size for our family of 4, easily enough room for a few more. Enough space inside for the kids to burn energy or a park within walking distance to burn even more. We have little ones so it was nice the house was not full of fragile decorations. It felt like a home that you could relax in rather than worry the whole time if a little one would break an unnecessarily expensive lamp or vase or some other knick knack. The hosts are fast to respond and stock the house with just about anything you could need to make it feel like home.

Great property with helpful and responsive property management

Our family of four (youngest is 18) I selected this property because we would have plenty of room for us all to have privacy if wanted. We were in the area for a week to visit family in the area and the location of the property was perfect! We also hugely appreciated the little things that the property managers ensured were there. For example - my daughter made a large peach cobbler from scratch and all the tools we needed were there, there was even little things like bottled water cold in the fridge, and plenty of options for things like body wash, shampoo, etc. that went well beyond what I would have expected from a VRBO. I also needed to 'work from home' while at the property, and the Wifi was fine for this purpose, I just had to make sure the kids weren't streaming/live gaming while I was actively on Zoom calls, which we were perfectly happy with. The games in the garage were great, too! We had some of our best family time in the last year playing darts together. In the grand scheme of things this property had every single thing we could need and the vast majority of the things I would 'want' that aren't required. Thanks to the property owners too for allowing us to have access a bit early because it worked out that day. Highly recommend if you need a well equipped place in Omaha!!!

Property is a little older but clean and sufficient for our needs. The master bathroom shower is very small and the water pressure is light in the shower. There also are no hooks to hang up your towels, which certainly would be very helpful and easy to fix. The washing machine does not have a gentle cycle, which is what we usually use (first time we've seen that). As we were only there two nights, this wasn't a big issue but if staying longer, we'd probably find a different property. The house description mentions a game room in the garage, the door next the the front door. Well, that door is locked so there is no way you are using that game room (we tried). We sent a text to the host about the internet access and didn't receive a reply, waited a little and sent one to the alternate number and then found it ourselves and responded we had found it. They replied the following day. As we were only there two nights there was no point in asking about the game room at that point. Since they never responded to the text about the internet, we just figured there was no point in contacting them unless it was an emergency. There are two living room spaces and there is plenty of room to spread out in the larger of the two rooms. The beds were very firm, if you like firm beds this is definitely the place for you. If you're looking for something larger than a typical hotel room then we recommend this property.

My husband & I have lived in Omaha all our life. We got into the rental house business several years ago, and just recently turned this property instead, into a fully furnished, short term rental property. We take pride in insuring this property is clean, safe , updated, and in good working condition.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Location is southwest Omaha, within the Millard school district. Guests will feel safe lodging in this Millard suburb neighborhood, and enjoy exploring this side of town. The two closest access exits to interstate I -80 are just up the road. One is the Hwy 50 (144th street ) exit, and one is the Harrison St. exit. Chalco Hills park/ lake is just down the road.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This corner lot has no neighbors across the street. There is just a big field with a school and playgrounds. A walk out patio is out the back door. Plenty of on site parking on the oversized driveway. Very spacious inside with 2 family rooms, plus a basement game room.
