Summary: Historic charmer centrally located in Midtown Omaha with modern amenities and furnishings.
The Space: This home was once owned by a local Omaha Historian named Howard Hamilton. We lovingly named the home after his legacy and impact on our city's historical archives.
Guest Access: First floor and fully remodeled modern basement.
The Neighborhood: Quiet Midtown Neighborhood but minutes away from the entertainment, amenities and restaurants in Downtown Omaha and Old Market.
Getting Around: Car is best for exploring the whole city but walking distance to UNMC and some ammenities.
Other Things to Note: We offer another unit on the top floor with separate private entry. No access between floors unless requested by same booking party. The entrance is at the back of the house on the side. About 1/2 down the driveway
Interaction with Guests: We prefer messaging through your booking platform, but are available for call/texts for urgent issues.
The house was comfortable, clean, and in a convenient area close to most things. We ended up staying an extra night and the management company was quick to respond. We were visiting for little league baseball games and this house was great!
The location could not have been better. Close to everything we wanted. Beds were great and enough seating in the living and dining rooms for all of us. Great place and would stay there agsin
Newly remodeled house, nice Bathrooms and kitchen fixtures. Floors are a little creaky making sleeping in hard if people wake up at different times but nice central location.
