You're on the beautiful island of Isla Mujeres, located off the coast of Cancun! Punta Sur is the southernmost point of the island, known for its stunning views, picturesque lighthouse (El Faro), and beautiful beaches.

Isla Mujeres is a tranquil and charming island with a rich history, beautiful beaches, and a relaxed atmosphere. You're close to Garrafon Natural Reef Park, a popular spot for snorkeling and swimming. We have the stunning beaches, like Playa Norte and Playa Sol, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the crystal-clear waters.

The Sur Suite: Located on the second floor on the South side, a two story beautiful suite that will accomodate 2 adults, and possibly 2 additional guests at extra charge of $35 each, per night. The second floor large roomy bedroom contains a king-sized bed, a large safe for personal items, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sinks. The staircase within the suite leads to a third floor living room with a large balcony with views of the Caribbean Sea. The living room contains a sofa with two twin mattresses, a half bathroom, and a kitchenette with a coffee pot, microwave, a refrigerator, and a drinking water dispenser. The suite is equipped with a smart TV and WiFi.

Casa Jardin is in a great location! We are near Kin Ha beach club, El Rancho Capricio, Ulan Eatery and El Borracho Burro Cantina are all within a short distance from each other. We are in the heart of Punta Sur's vibrant dining and entertainment scene for the South end of Isla Mujeres.
