We had a couple of curve balls because of a winter storm that caused power outages, frozen pipes, and HVAC that struggled to keep up with near zero temperatures. Our hosts graciously switched our lodging to the "Tavern" on the site and let us have the run of the place! It's a very charming "village" of Williamsburg residences that feel very old and are remarkably authentic. My only very small critique would be that there is no woodburning fireplace, or at least a wood stove, but that's a personal preference. We really enjoyed Inola and the town of Blue Ridge.

INOLA Blue Ridge is a copy of Williamsburg VA, the only one in the U.S. Only one mile from downtown Blue Ridge while backing up to thousands of acres of forest land, shops, restaurants and galleries await. Wine tours are the new thing in the region to partake in, for kids and families the Blue Ridge Mountain Railway's scenic trip from Blue Ridge to McCaysville and back along the scenic Toccoa River is a must. Wild turkeys and deer roam our pastures and lake area.
There is too much to discuss about INOLA and the area. Visit once, come back for a lifetime.
