This was such a great place to stay! Room was clean, check in process was so easy and our view was perfect. Great easy access to the beach. Pool was great. All of the staff we came across were very helpful and kind. Thank you for making our first stay in the area a great one. We will definitely be returning and staying here again!!

Our family of 3 had an excellent trip. This condo was great for my wife, myself, and our 8 month old son. The views were fantastic from the balcony and the master bedroom. The kitchen was small, but serviceable - had everything we needed to cook our meals.All in all, this was a great trip.

Just wrapped up our stay and it was a true five-star experience! From the moment we walked in, the breathtaking views completely stole the show. Very nice condo with great location, I have stayed at Beachside II 4 other times and the owners I have rented from in the past have always had passes for transportation on the bus to The Wharf, was very disappointed this was not included in this rental, otherwise a nice stay

Parking was great, and it was really easy to get to the condo, the beach, pool, etc. We were there for a wedding, and it was the perfect place to unwind and spend the free time.

Every pot and pan that we got out of the cabinet was dirty, as well as all of the utensils. There was a broom with no dust pan! The curtains in the bedroom were broken. The tub drain was clogged. View was great. Beach was PACKED. Pool was nice and new.Nothing to ruin the trip, just inconvenient.

The condo and the balcony were clean. The beach view is amazing! We absolutely loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves. This is the first place we stayed where the company that manages the complex checked on us by text daily. We also liked having an easily accessible parking garage! The weather didn’t cooperate this trip but we enjoyed our stay at Beachside II.

Thanks for a wonderful vacation in Sandestin! Great location right on the beach with fantastic opportunities to run/walk/bike! The renovated pool area is beautiful and water was warm. The landscaping all around Sandestin was amazing…loved the trails and easy access to the bayside with the underground tunnel. Would absolutely love to visit again!

The unit was very clean and the bed was so comfortable! We didn’t use the kitchen so can’t comment on those amenities but it was so clean. Overall the unit was more dated and “tired” than we were expecting but it was comfortable with great views. Thank you!

Comfortable and cozy

The one bedroom felt large, the furniture very comfortable and cozy. The walking paths are shaded and well maintained. Played pickle ball, Court well maintained as well.
