The condominium amenities were wonderful. There were pools, hot tubs, lazy river, location right on the beach. Loved our room and decor was simple and clean like being home. Close to many places to go to visit.

Family Vacation.

Family Trip

We drove from Michigan with our adult children and grandchildren and we all stayed at the facility. My husband and I stayed in this unit and loved every minute. The walk to the beach was short and the pool was perfect. We would love to come back and stay in this unit.

Wonderful Stay!

Everything about our stay was great! 2nd story balcony overlooking the ocean was excellent. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. All staff was so friendly. The on-site bar and restaurant had excellent food. There were multiple pools and hot tubs, inside and out. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This was a well maintained place. The grounds were clean. The room was nice. Not huge but enough for me and my wife to be comfortable. Nice pool area and amenities on site. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again

Beautiful room with a beautiful view!

This is our fourth visit over the last few years. We picked this suite because its location to the pool. We couldn’t be happier with our accommodations and view of the pool and the ocean. The extra large balcony made our trip perfect. We will be back soon!

Loved this room

Room 208 design and decor, was on point(stainless steel appliances). We have never stayed on the second floor before, but the lower level oceanfront view was nice. The owner has a great eye for decorating! Thanks Mrs. Loris.

Don’t go

It wasn’t the Cleanest and the sofa was awful the bed was awful the view was great and that’s about it.

PERFECT

I absolutely loved this condo, (Condo 208). I usually stay higher up then the 2nd floor but I have to say this was perfect. The view was amazing plus you are close enough to the pool. The Condo was clean and nicely decorated. The layout was the best I've had to be a 1br Condo. The property (The Patricia Grand) is a wonderful updated, clean, friendly family oriented place. It's a plus that it is pet friendly too.

Myttle Beach

The apartment was perfect we got everything we needed and is ubicated in a great location, the only reason why I don't give 5 starts is because the check in was awful, the staff was rude they took 40 minutes to give us our room when the check in is already at 4 pm, they didn't even give the correct room with 2 beds and took forever, check out is at 10 am so is also really early, I wonder how from 10 am to 4 pm a room can not be ready??

The room and the view was beautiful. However, when we got there, there was no remote for the TV in the living room, no dish towel or dish soap. The kitchen was not a fully functioning kitchen. In the bathroom, the plaster from the ceiling would fall.

Great stay

We loved everything about this Resort, two pools one of them indoors five hot tubs a lazy river. Outside bar and an indoor restaurant:-) and my kid didn't want to leave. Very clean and the young man working outside spent all day making sure it was spotless. Hospitality was definitely on point and we would love to stay here again

Just right!

This little gem is located on the second floor close to many of the amenities. The balcony is located right over the bar area so you are close to the action but you can still see the beach. This unit has been updated with new tile, thoughtful decor, and furniture. It was the perfect place for my mother-in-law. Her mobility does not allow her to get down on the beach and she felt like she was in the middle of all the activity when she was outside. While inside she was able to view the ocean from the living area and bedroom. I didn’t feel like I had to clean the unit after arrival. Great job owners! We will be back again.

Quality Hotel

The hotel was a good value for the price. The rooms were clean although the furniture is dated. The bathtub is very deep and roomy and is great for a long soaking bath. The kitchen area is adequately stocked for cooking a quick meal in the room. It was an enjoyable stay.
