With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun.

As part of your reservation, you’ll enjoy access to a full breakfast buffet at Magnolia’s at 26th, just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Great stay

I was pleasantly surprised with the resort the room was clean, and the view was great. The location was very ideal. Very close to restaurants and things to do. Only thing I did notice is the back sliding door is a little sticky. If you close it too tight you have a very hard time getting it back open. Otherwise, I will definitely stay again.

Nice location

This property is in a good location. Close to most everything. I loved having the breakfast included with our stay. The room needs maintenance and a new cleaning crew. But overall we had a nice stay.

Clean Beachfront Condo with Comfortable Beds

Great location on the beach, room was pretty decent, and the beds actually were very comfortable. It's a bit run down but no major complaints. It is a LONG walk to the boardwalk area, but the beach there was nice. Communication with Vacasa who rents the place is terrible. They never really respond to messages sent through VRBO and I was never able to get to a person on the phone. For the condo the front desk people were very nice and helpful.

Updates need to be made

Property was not as well kept as described in the online description. There are several areas that need to be updated. The bathroom door was broken off the hinges and wasn’t able to close. The shower curtain rod was broken from the road and wasn’t able to close as well. Several areas on the walls and doors need to be patched and repainted. Renovations need to be made. The lock on the safe didn’t work, the toilet would barely flush most times and the phone doesn’t work at all. The front door doesn’t lock unless it’s forcefully closed. It was open when we arrived and this is because it appears closed but it really isn’t. The air goes and comes. At certain points it circulates well and other times it doesn’t. I loved the location and the my kids love the beach and pool area however I was disappointed in the condition of the room.

Weekend trip

Room 403 was wonderful. Very clean, well maintained. Had read some reviews about resort that made me nervous reserving but definitely pleased when I arrived. Will definitely reserve this again. Beds comfortable. Loved the room. Great ocean view. Good resort!!!

Great location right on the beach.

If you want to be right on the beach, this is a great spot! Plus you can't beat free breakfast buffet every day. I will say that it was definitely an older building and needs some repairs. Everything was clean except for the floors, which could use a very deep cleaning.

Family time at the beach

This was a perfect place for our short stay at Myrtle. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. We had a perfect view of the ocean and pool area! The free breakfast at Magnolia’s at 26th was a wonderful way to start each day!

Could be great

Bed were very comfortable. The reason I only gave it 4 stars was because the room it sled had issues the ceiling was pilling down and the toilet never flushed right even just pee. But besides those small stuff I would definitely stay again in a heart beat. Great people and fantastic view.

Service dog friendly

I don’t know where to begin but look no further for a family filled establishment with breakfast buffet included right across the street. Magnolia’s Restaurant is the best and their breakfast menu is wonderful! Now let’s get to the best perks this hotel has to offer. Thank you for allowing service animals because my Disabled son wouldn’t go out the house before. This place is perfect for singles, couples or families to enjoy yourself and not have to stress about where to go for breakfast every morning. Making our reservations was easy and whenever I had questions about our stay, their customer service representative were very respectful and answered every question is why I choose this resort. Checking in was easy and they have pool towels available at the front desk upon request. Our rooms were very clean, sanitized and had everything we needed to prepare meals in the small kitchen area. Whatever we needed, we just called front desk and put in our request and they handled everything within a reasonable time of a hotel that accommodates thousands of people in and out weekly. This is our number one place to go and I already referred this hotel to my classmates for their trip!! Keep it up! A nice staff goes a long way!!! Oh and for a reasonable price if you book directly through their website!! God bless!!

Very Nice Place!

Everything was cleaned and up to par. The staff was amazing and accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely be staying there again in the future!
