Beautiful 1 BR / 2BA loft with vaulted ceilings located in the heart of Avon with FREE Beaver Creek skier shuttle. 10 minute drive to Vail.

Walk to restaurants, bars, grocery store, coffee shops, ski shops, etc.

Condo has AIR CONDITIONING, electric fire place, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and everything you`ll need for your stay.

One dedicated parking space in underground heated garage.

BEST SUITED FOR A COUPLE OR A SMALL FAMILY. Sleeps 4 max.

Pets are NOT allowed per HOA.

Condo is a loft style open space with vaulted ceilings.

Bedroom with queen bed and bathroom is located upstairs which is open to the living area downstairs.

Downstairs is the living room, kitchen, and second full bathroom.

There is a comfy queen blowup bed and a twin air mattress for those that need a second and/or third bed.

There are extra sheets, blankets, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soap, and everything else you`ll need for your stay. Kitchen is also fully stocked.

There are endless family friendly activities to do locally year round. If you have any questions or would like suggestions feel free to reach out.

Condo is located in the heart of Avon and an easy walk to restaurants, bars, grocery store, coffee shops, ski shops, etc.

Condo is centrally located for Medical Professionals. (1 mile to Colorado Mountain Medical, 5 miles to Vail Valley Medical Center and Shaw Cancer Center, 10 miles to Vail Health Hospital, and 22 miles to Eagle Healthcare Center).

Per HOA pets are NOT allowed.

You will have access to condo, underground heated parking garage, ski locker, as well as the gym.

You will need CODES to enter the building, garage, elevator, and condo which I will provide to you before your arrival.

There is a key in the kitchen junk drawer for access to the gym which is located on the 2nd floor. Look for keychain with big letter G.

Ski locker is available to use which is located next to the elevator in the garage. The key is located in the kitchen junk drawer.

Avon is a small mountain ski town and can be accessed by a short walk to all restaurants, bars, shops, grocery store, etc. There are several ways to get to Beaver Creek as well as a FREE skier shuttle right out front of my condo. Vail can be accessed by the ECO bus ($4 each way) or a 10 minute drive by car.

There is a free Avon town bus which is literally right out front of my condo. There is a also a skier shuttle which picks up at the same location and takes you directly to Beaver Creek.
