Cette superbe location Gulf Shores offre une vue d'un million de dollars sur le golfe du Mexique. Cette location de vacances de Southern Sands avec deux chambres et deux salles de bains se trouve à seulement 400 mètres de l'autoroute 59 et à quelques minutes à pied de toutes les activités de Gulf Shores.
Ce condo a une densité très faible avec seulement 18 unités. Il est joliment décoré et a été récemment mis à jour, y compris une cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les appareils modernes.
Il y a un grand coin salon avec télévision par câble, magnétoscope et lecteur DVD.
Vous pourrez vous détendre facilement dans la chambre principale avec sa baignoire Jacuzzi® et son balcon privé donnant sur le golfe et la piscine.

This unassuming condo boasts a wonderful large balcony which is a most tranquil place for morning coffee. The location is superb and The Hangout, along with several restaurants are a short stroll away.

Excellent location!

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect! We were so close to lots of restaurants and within a few steps of the beach! The condo was really nice and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful! We would definitely stay here again!

A Room with a View in Gulf Shores

We spent three nights in this wonderful property! We especially enjoyed the view of the ocean and the balcony. We also found the living room to be nice and cozy. Highly recommend!

Nice condo .. literally steps from the beach. Very quiet for this time of year which was nice !

Would definitely stay here again. Hosts were easy to communicate with and it was a nice little get away since we were there for college soccer club Nationals.

Perfect view and location

With a family of 2 younger children, this was the perfect location overlooking the beach. The pool was relaxing and the beach is right outside the door!

nice place to stay

the property was clean and right on the beach, comfortable beds the bathtub in one of the bathrooms is a little worn, other bathroom has updated beautiful shower. The only things that would make the place perfect would be a walkway to beach for those who may need that, and washer and dryer in the room instead of shared laundry,

We have an amazing view of the beach and a short walk to the water though it is in sand. Please don’t hold no washer / dryer against us as we do have the laundry room by the elevator. 2022 Spring Break Weekend

This was the perfect condo directly on the beach. It’s within walking distance to downtown Gulf Shores. Very clean and the beds were so comfortable. Perfect price point. Book this Condo, you won’t regret it.

Perfect beach getaway!

My mom, daughter, and I went on a quick 4 day beach getaway trip before school starts and our stay was great! Condo is clean, well-stocked, very convenient to groceries and fun activities, and easy access to the pool and beach. We wouldn’t have minded a boardwalk to the beach to make transporting our chairs, umbrella, etc a little easier, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. We will definitely look at staying there again!

Awesome place

I will stay here again. The view was absolutely amazing and about 5 feet to the beach! The condo was close to all restaurants we wanted to try. David was awesome when I messaged him, didn’t have to wait for a response!

Ocean view says it all

Loved the close and easy access to beach. Really enjoyed the ocean view from the extra large deck. The condo itself could use some tlc and updating. The price was great and overall our visit was great.

We just got done upgrading the condo. We have painted and changed out the counter tops with granite in the kitchen and bathrooms!!! We have tile throughout the whole complex now and have removed all of that popcorn ceilings. It looks so awesome. And the beach view from the balcony is still the same!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great Location!

Overall we had a great vacation. The condo itself could use a little sprucing up. There was mold on the air vents. It smelled a little old when we got there. Great location to the beach and attractions.

loved it!

The description and pictures were accurate in every way. The property was clean and well-maintained. Lots of good eating places close by. We think "Doc's", on Canal Rd. has the best keylime pie and fried shrimp. There are plenty of activities in the area. We will probably stay there again.

We maintain our unit in great shape so all you have to do is relax and enjoy the beach. We have on of the longest private balconeys in Gulf Shores. All of it faces the water. Great to hear you enjoy yourself and you are certainly welcome back anytime. You took very good care of our unit and we appreciate it! Good tip on Doc's seafood - great key lime pie. We have many other great eating places within walking distance of the condo.

Oceanfront Spring Break

We enjoyed our stay at this condo with the perfect beach front location! Loved the front porch directly facing the ocean! Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. For the price point, the location was worth it to stay here. Condo was a bit dated although that was not important to us. Kids enjoyed the small pool at the complex but note it is not heated.

We purchased Southern Sands on our trip to the beach the weekend we became engaged. My wife moved from Mobile to Demopolis then we moved to MS. In a few years when we retire we will be relocation permanently to the Gulf Shore/Orange Beach area

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love Southern Sands first floor view of the beach and the beautiful Gulf waters. We are close to the Pink Pony, The Hangout, Bahama Bobs and much more! We love the low density and the beach is not crowded like some to the larger complexes.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Southern Sands is walking distance to the Pink Pony, and many other places in Gulf Shores. We have the best view and we are right on the beach!!
