Cette superbe location Gulf Shores offre une vue d'un million de dollars sur le golfe du Mexique. Cette location de vacances de Southern Sands avec deux chambres et deux salles de bains se trouve à seulement 400 mètres de l'autoroute 59 et à quelques minutes à pied de toutes les activités de Gulf Shores.
Ce condo a une densité très faible avec seulement 18 unités. Il est joliment décoré et a été récemment mis à jour, y compris une cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les appareils modernes.
Il y a un grand coin salon avec télévision par câble, magnétoscope et lecteur DVD.
Vous pourrez vous détendre facilement dans la chambre principale avec sa baignoire Jacuzzi® et son balcon privé donnant sur le golfe et la piscine.

This condo is a great location to activities happening in the park at the beach! An older, but well kept condo. The beds were amazing!

Great location! Nothing fancy but great price for being right on the beach. Two story building, could hear upstairs neighbors walking.

Great Location!

Overall we had a great vacation. The condo itself could use a little sprucing up. There was mold on the air vents. It smelled a little old when we got there. Great location to the beach and attractions.

loved it!

The description and pictures were accurate in every way. The property was clean and well-maintained. Lots of good eating places close by. We think "Doc's", on Canal Rd. has the best keylime pie and fried shrimp. There are plenty of activities in the area. We will probably stay there again.

Highly recommend this condo!

Our room was absolutely adorable! Decorated so cute and was very comfortable. I honestly believe we had the best view of the Gulf. The private beach was perfect. We were so glad we didn't stay at all the other highrise condos. Southern Sands was very quiet and felt more personal. The great price compared to all the others I checked into had us worried what the property was going to be like but we were quickly satisfied when we opened our room and walked in. We will definitely come back! The Homeaway App was so helpful with our rental information and the Gulf Shores area.

Beautiful Beach Views

The unit was spacious and comfortable for my family of 6. It is so convenient to walk down one flight of stairs and basically be on the sand, no roads or parking lots to cross. There are plenty of dishes and pans to make your meals and the unit is in easy walking distance to several restaurants and ice cream places. We were a little disappointed that the pool was colder than the Ocean (April) and there was no hot tub even though the listing said there was. Overall though a great place to stay. The balcony was gorgeous with the perfect view of a palm tree and the ocean. We would stay there again!

Beautiful week

The view was the best, this two bedroom was close to everything....stairs, pool, washer and dryer, elevator, parking was easy. Close to everything but private too, air is cold, beds new and comfortable. Internet is super slow....didn't need it.......couch is broken down but I am sure a new one is on its way. Love the shaded area at pool. Best equipped kitchen I have ever had in a rental. Would live here.

Gorgeous property/ Terrible housekeeping staff

This property was one of my favorites out of many that I have stayed in over the past 30 years. The location was perfect, the condo was roomy and comfortable and the decor was lovely. We had to go to walmart at 10:30pm the first night to get sheets for the bed. The sheets had not been changed! There was sand at the foot of my bed and the spare sheets smelled musty like they'd been put away wet. All of the comforters and blankets smelled as if they'd not been washed in a long time and a lot of dust on cabinets and shelves. There was no parking pass which the owner did explain but also no parting instructions anywhere in the condo. I totally loved the place and would love to visit it again but hopefully the housekeeping staff will be updated by then.

This unassuming condo boasts a wonderful large balcony which is a most tranquil place for morning coffee. The location is superb and The Hangout, along with several restaurants are a short stroll away.

Excellent location!

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect! We were so close to lots of restaurants and within a few steps of the beach! The condo was really nice and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful! We would definitely stay here again!

A Room with a View in Gulf Shores

We spent three nights in this wonderful property! We especially enjoyed the view of the ocean and the balcony. We also found the living room to be nice and cozy. Highly recommend!

Perfect beach getaway!

My mom, daughter, and I went on a quick 4 day beach getaway trip before school starts and our stay was great! Condo is clean, well-stocked, very convenient to groceries and fun activities, and easy access to the pool and beach. We wouldn’t have minded a boardwalk to the beach to make transporting our chairs, umbrella, etc a little easier, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. We will definitely look at staying there again!

Terrific stay

There's not much that could have made our stay here better..... wait, I'm wrong. If we could have stayed longer, it would have been perfect! Communication with the owner was easy and prompt regarding the wifi. We were in Gulf Shores for an event and it was an easy 8 minute walk to the Hangout, where much of the event was held. I was a bit surprised at no beach towels or coffee supplies provided, but there was complimentary laundry detergent, which came in handy. Great unit in which to relax, do a little work and enjoy that white, sugar sand beach.

Great location, great views

We planned a girls trip for five of us. It was the best time. With in walking distance to many things. The beach was beautiful, clean area, and quiet dispute being by two larger units. Although, we did discover the door wouldn’t catch the lock when pulled to close. We didn’t realize until the second to last day. Nothing was missing but we figured it was probably a little late to let someone know. Thanks for the great stay. We had a blast.

We purchased Southern Sands on our trip to the beach the weekend we became engaged. My wife moved from Mobile to Demopolis then we moved to MS. In a few years when we retire we will be relocation permanently to the Gulf Shore/Orange Beach area

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love Southern Sands first floor view of the beach and the beautiful Gulf waters. We are close to the Pink Pony, The Hangout, Bahama Bobs and much more! We love the low density and the beach is not crowded like some to the larger complexes.
