Location, location, location! This 2 bed/2 full bath (sleeps 6) Sea Shell Condominium is steps away from Siesta's snow white Crescent Beach. It sits across the street from the famous Captain Curt's Plaza with restaurants, coffee bar, ice cream and gift shops. The grocery and drug store/post office are a short 3-4 minute walk.

The complex offers swimming pool, beach chairs for residents, charcoal grills and a covered picnic area (first come first serve) for your convenience. The unit offers beach towels, a well equipped kitchen, outdoor patio area and nice sized family and dining rooms. Come stay for a long weekend or an extended stay, you will have all of the beach, comfort and convenience you can wish for!

Such a wonderful place!!

We came in for a girls trip. Amanda was INCREDIBLE!!!! Communication was spot on and they were so helpful! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I would book this condo again in a heartbeat!

Incredible Location & Great host

This is an incredible location right on Crescent Beach. The beach is amazing and there are chairs and umbrellas for rent. We had 4 glorious beach days in a row. A fantastic market and restaurants are within walking distance and the area is quiet and not overrun like other places in the area. Amanda the host was great. Place was clean and there were fantastic extras like cooler bags and a few toys for the beach. Beds were comfortable and the place was in good shape for an older facility. Office staff was friendly. We would stay again. My only gripe is that the lock on the door was in horrible shape and we kept thinking it wasn't going to work and we would be locked out. It did work but it needs to be replaced soon.4/5 accuracy though because there is NOT a hot tub or if there is, we couldn't find it

We loved the location and condo was very nice. The available beach accessories were awesome and coffee & ice cream right across the road was a plus! Our gorgeous beach walks were great - a fitness room would be a plus!

Beachfront

The location was great steps to beach, across the street from a fun tiki bar and bike rental place. The only downside was the front door passcode and gate passwords don’t always work? Owner should look to update the front door lock. Overall a great place we will definitely stay here again.

Excellent property. Easy walk to the beach and sunset. Close to many restaurants and a quick drive to Siesta Key Village and Publix. Close to everything from the real world, but still in paradise.

Perfect stay

Amanda was super friendly and accommodating. The condo was so close to the beach which was perfect for our elderly mom. The accommodations were clean, roomy and comfortable.

Great location and accommodations

Loved the location about midway between town center and southern end, across from several dining options and shopping and on beach. Condo was really lovely and well furnished for our needs. Wasn't sure about pool location - but ended up being great, never many people there and shaded later in the day after a long day in the sun was ok! Truly enjoyed our entire trip!

Perfect place to stay steps from the beach

Prior to our stay the owner communicated everything we’d need to know about checking in and having a smooth stay. The owner answered all of our questions throughout the stay, and was very friendly! Of course the stay was absolutely fantastic. Literally on the beach. Perfect location and very well priced for a family spot to stay on Siesta Key beach. People are friendly throughout the town with lots of activities to keep a family busy. We will be back!

Good overall, minor issues.

Property was a little weathered, but the condo was updated. The common areas were great, while the bathrooms could use a little attention (broken towel hook, dirty/stained shower curtain). The umbrellas were broken which was a bummer. We also had an infestation of ants during our stay. The owner had great communication during the stay.

Girls’ Get Away

We were extremely pleased with the condo! It was clean and very spacious. It was also conveniently located steps from the beach and right across the street from bars, restaurants, a coffee shop, ice cream shops, easy access to the free trolley, and a grocery store. Amanda was AMAZING and responded to our questions right away. We arrived early and she was able to get us into the condo before 4:00 and we were able to stay past 10 am to accommodate our later flight. We would highly recommend this condo. You will not be disappointed!

Perfect location!

We counted 77 steps from the door to the sand! We loved it! Location was perfect and we loved walking across the street to many yummy restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

Great location!

Stayed here with my 6,5 and 2 year old and it worked out great! So close to the beach and can walk to everything you need. Master closet easily fit pack-n-play and kitchen had everything you needed.
