Palm Bay Club - Grand condo 2/2 Bayfront - Prix raisonnable

Ce grand condo de deux chambres et deux salles de bain surplombe la baie de Sarasota et la voie navigable Intercoastal. Il n'y a que 2 condos de cette taille qui ont des fenêtres orientées à l'est et aucun pilier de soutien dans le salon. C'est le dernier condo au troisième (dernier) étage avec une vue magnifique sur la baie, la piscine, le grand bain à remous, le quai de pêche et le quai. Le condo est situé sur la paisible baie et vous pouvez regarder les bateaux monter et descendre la voie navigable inter-côtière depuis le condo, la piscine, le bain à remous ou la jetée. Lorsque vous voulez l'excitation de la fabuleuse Crescent Beach, promenez-vous dans le complexe et vos meubles de plage vous attendent. Prendre un bain de soleil, nager, faire du boogie board, faire de la plongée, ramasser des coquillages ou simplement regarder les gens passer. Lorsque vous marchez sur la plage, vos pieds ne chauffent pas car il s'agit de l'une des trois plages de quartz au monde. Lorsque vous aurez terminé à la plage et que vous serez prêt à vous détendre, vous et vos invités pourrez vous évader dans le confort tranquille de la baie.

Il y a un Verizon FiOS Television Prime Bulk Package avec un package HBO à 15 canaux, un DVR avec un téléviseur HD dans le salon, un décodeur numérique dans la chambre principale avec un téléviseur HD et un décodeur standard avec un téléviseur numérique dans la deuxième chambre . Chaque téléviseur est équipé d'un lecteur DVD.

Vous pouvez également vous arrêter au club-house et vous entraîner, vous asseoir dans un sauna, faire du billard, jouer au ping-pong, nager dans une autre piscine ou jouer au tennis sur l'un des courts éclairés.

Lorsque vous êtes dans le condo, vous avez un salon / salle à manger double afin que vous ne vous sentiez pas à l'étroit. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à six personnes confortablement. L'Internet sans fil est gratuit pour tous les internautes.

Si vous avez un grand groupe, j'ai également le condo adjacent et vous pouvez dormir un total de dix. Il faut réserver tôt car je loue les deux condos individuellement.

Perfect Getaway!

We could not have been happier with our stay at Doug's unit at the Palm Bay Club. The unit was bright, spacious and clean. It had everything we needed and more. After sleeping in every day and having a quick bite to eat, we spent each day soaking in the sun at the beach. The security guards at the complex were nice and respectful while doing their job. Having the 2 bathrooms was great for the 3 of us to get ready quickly. The free Breeze shuttle stop is close and convenient to head either direction for dinner and fun. At night it was great to have the long kitchen table to play cards and games. Doug was very responsive with all of our questions. If I ever go back to Siesta Key, I would definitely book here again.

Great place in a Great Community

The unit was perfect and as described in the listing. The community in which it is located is perfect with the beach only 5 minutes walk and a beautiful pool/jacuzzi within steps of the door. Hope to stay here again!

Great Place!

We had a wonderful time at our place! Owner of the unit was super easy to get in contact with, security guards that drive around the property are all super nice and helpful. I would recommend staying on the bay side; pool and hot tub is beautiful and clean, grills are super clean. No complaints, would definitely come back!

Amazing

This was our third year staying this property as our annual family vacation. The unit is perfect for a family, just the right size and has everything you need. The location is what brings us back. It is a very short walk down to the private beach and short drive to the Village. The owner, Doug is a great guy to rent from. Always easy to get ahold of him and gets things done if something needs fixed. We highly enjoy our stay every year.

Best of everything!

We Enjoyed our stay— we loved being on the bay side, able to experience a quieter pool, bbq grills, fishing off the dock, and spectacular bay views and activity. With the beach right across the street, it’s the best of both worlds. This condo Is sooo spacious and had everything we could’ve asked for. We wish we could’ve stayed longer, but we will be back!

Excellent Condo and Property

Condo was very clean and spacious. Complex was great location the bay view on balcony is beautiful. Fitness center was clean and equipment brand new. Beach was unbelievable. We enjoyed our stay at this condo would highly recommend anyone to stay here. We are looking forward to coming back again in the near future

Excellent!

We stayed here as part of our girls trip this year. The condo was very clean and beautifully furnished. The beds were comfy and it was very spacious. The balcony was great with a view of the pool and bay. The fully stocked kitchen was great too. It's 2 miles from Siesta Village which has all kinds shops and places to eat. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Doug!

Sensational Siesta Key

Family Fun

This trip was to spend quality time with my family. The condo was absolutely perfect. We had everything we could have ever needed. Perfect for our short stay

The owner responds quickly to any questions. The unit is exactly as described, near the end of the complex on the bay side. Easy to head to the bay pool and sit by the water. Beach is about a 5-10 minute walk. Condo had everything we needed for the week. AC works great and keeps condo cool. Thanks for having us!

Nice spot

The condo is in a great location with access to beach and bay side, and an easy walk to some restaurants. We enjoyed having the DVR, but it would have been nice to have the TV listing instead of having to use the guide. Also, a hook in the master bath for your towel after showering would help.

Outstanding, Beautiful, and Perfect

My family and I cannot say enough good things about Doug and his unit at the Palm Bay Club. In our opinion it's the perfect location within the Club because of it's proximity to the bay and pool. Literally steps to the pool and bay. The unit itself is spotless and everything that is stated about the property is spot on! Take a beautiful short walk through the Palm Bay Club and arrive at private access to Crescent Beach along with chairs. We would highly recommend this property.

Paradise!

Our stay at the Palm Bay Club far exceeded our expectations. The unit was immaculate, comfortably furnished, well-equipped and hosted all amenities as described. Our days were filled with fishing, beaching, swimming, and exploring the Siesta Key/Sarasota area. So much to do – so little time! The Palm Bay Club is a beautiful property that is well maintained. Doug is a very attentive owner and provided excellent customer service. We are looking forward to our next stay in this Palm Bay paradise!

Spacious well-appointed condo on Siesta Key

This was our sixth year staying in this Palm Bay Club condo. The condo is updated, clean, and very spacious. The owner is responsive and very pleasant. The Palm Bay Club bayside condos give you the best of both worlds - a pool and large hot tub, bbque grills, with a terrific fishing deck on the inter coastal providing something for everyone in the family. The beach is a short five or so minute walk. We have family who also stay in the complex , including the adjacent condo owned by the same family and its one fun-filled day after another. Can’t say enough good things about our stay!!

great condo with lots of space

this is a wonderful large condo that can accommodate a large group to stay there or family to visit. We had a really nice time with our daughter and grandson visiting us as well as local family. A place for everyone in the living room and at the dining table. We saw a beautiful rainbow out the window during our dinner. And we loved going to the bayside to see fish jumping and birds. the only thing that needs fixing is that there were tiny ants there and so I would recommend that being treated effectively.

Fabulous!

This was our second stay in this condo and we are already planning to return next year. The condo is clean, spacious and equipped with many amenities, just as described and pictured. The Palm Bay Club is a well maintained property with a friendly and helpful staff. The Palm Bay's 2 pools, hot tub, fishing dock and (of course) beach are FABULOUS! We really appreciated the unit's newly installed key pad, eliminating the need for a key. Doug is easy to work with and very responsive and prompt. Looking forward to 2017!!!

Siesta Key is a family friendly place that has something for everyone. Sarasota has many cultural venues and the beach is unique in that it is made out of quartz. The Palm Bay Club has the most amenities of any property on the Key. My parents bought there because of all the golf nearby and because of the magic of the large beach.
