Downtown Inn Moab is a vacationers dream! Deadhorse (D) Unit is located walking distance to Moab's downtown shops, bars, and restaurants.

This newly renovated condo is walking distance to downtown Moab shops, restaurants, and bars, even the Moab bike path is right next door! It's a mix of everything you need to make you and your crews experience in Moab complete! With new construction and clean spaces you'll feel comfortable in the convenient location.

The building is made of 4- Condos 5,000 sq ft of Convenient Accommodations in 1 building-
Inside the Inn there are four separate condos each approximately 1200 sq ft. and includes everything you'll need for your stay except the food. Full Kitchen, 60" TV's, plenty of comfort for your whole crew. All units are equipped with roll out sofa beds, WiFi, A/c and heat, big screen TVs, full kitchen setup for cooking, linens, towels, bedding, pillows, laundry pods and dryer sheets as well as shower essentials.

Deadhorse has 2 Private King Bedrooms (1 Master ) and 2 full bathrooms. The loft has a Comfortable Queen sized bed and the sofa pulls out into a bed. This condo comes with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay except the food! Both bedrooms have ROKU TV's and a 60" ROKU TV in the living area. You will have a stacking washer and dryer inside your condo, that is private for your use only.

This building is NON-Smoking and No Pets.

Deck/ Patio area-
Perfect for a quiet night of star gazing or resting after a day of fun. There are 2 Hot tubs available and cleaned all year, as well as 2 BBQ and 2 seating arrangements for entertaining. Quiet time is 10PM-6AM.

Outdoor Unpaid Parking- There is plenty of free street parking right around the Downtown Inn Moab. Just across the street is great trailer parking!

Perfect spot for walking to shops and restaurants. We stayed with another couple and we each loved our room and bathroom area. Kitchen/great room was spacious and nice for hanging out time. Loved the hot tub too!

This place was extremely clean and comfortable. We stayed with another couple as we toured two of the national parks and two of the state parks. We were also able to hike the dinosaur tracks trail, and the dinosaur bones trail. It was fascinating experience. Not to mention rafting down the Colorado River.While the beautiful hot tubs on the patio were shared with the other condo. There were two tubs, so was not a problem as we each had a tub. and the bonus was we met the most interesting people. The kitchen was large and had all of the necessary pots and utensils. We cooked a wonderful Cajun meal one evening. Without any problems. our host was extremely responsive to any of our needs. I do kind of wish we were able to take advantage of the gas grills that were provided, but we were so busy. We never had the opportunity to cook outside.

Absolutely beautiful property within walking distance of shops and restaurants and a short drive to Arch's National Park. I would highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

Great spot for families

We enjoyed our stay. Having two king size beds and the loft was great for our crew of 5. Close proximity to the shops and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed Moab!

Quiet street and downtown is an easy walk. Very convenient to national parks. Very professional staff and management. Had a great time and would highly recommend!
