Downtown Inn Moab is a vacationers dream! Canyonlands (C) Unit is located walking distance to Moab's downtown shops, bars, and restaurants. Located 1 block off Downtown Main St. the location doesn't get any better.

This newly renovated condo is walking distance to downtown Moab shops, restaurants, and bars, even the Moab bike path is right next door! It's a mix of everything you need to make you and your crews experience in Moab complete! With new construction and clean spaces you'll feel comfortable in the convenient location.

The building is made of 4- Condos 5,000 sq ft of Convenient Accommodations in 1 building-
Inside the Inn there are four separate condos each approximately 1200 sq ft. and includes everything you'll need for your stay except the food. Full Kitchen, 60" TV's, plenty of comfort for your whole crew. All units are equipped with roll out sofa beds, WiFi, A/c and heat, big screen TVs, full kitchen setup for cooking, linens, towels, bedding, pillows, laundry pods and dryer sheets as well as shower essentials.

Canyonlands has 2 Private King Bedrooms (1 Master ) and 2 full bathrooms. The main living area has 4 Comfortable Queen sized beds and the sofa pulls out into a bed. This condo comes with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay except the food! Both bedrooms have ROKU TV's and a 60" ROKU TV in the living area.
You'll have a private stacking washer and dryer inside your condo.

Deck/ Patio area-
Perfect for a quiet night of star gazing or resting after a day of fun. There are 2 Hot tubs available and cleaned all year, as well as 2 BBQ and 2 seating arrangements for entertaining. Quiet time is 10PM-6AM.

Outdoor Unpaid Parking- There is plenty of free street parking right around the Downtown Inn Moab. Just across the street is great trailer parking!

Great Apartment / Great Location

Short walk to all of the different restaurants and shops downtown. Very clean apartment, great for our young kids. Hot tubs were clean, and the patio was a great place to unwind after our long hikes! If we come back to Moab, we will stay here again!

Amazing Vrbo in moab

We loved staying at this Vrbo. It was located in the heart of Moab walking distance to the restaurants. It was very spacious for our group. We would stay here again if we came back to Moab.

My Family’s Favorite Place to Stay in Moab

My large family has stayed here twice this year because it fits us all perfectly (11 adults). It is comfortable, super clean, and has everything we need including extras hot tub towels and necessities to cook our meals with. The design is well thought out. We will stay here every time we come to Moab. It is our home away from home.

Moab Moto

Place was clean and well equipped for 5 adults to come stay and ‘home base’ out of. Location is fantastic, hot tub was great, bedding was comfortable, and the ac was cold. Our group will be staying here again.

Super clean condo with great location

We enjoyed our stay at the Downtown Inn during spring break. The location is excellent, walkable to all that downtown Moab has to offer. The property was very clean and well equipped and the owners were very responsive to any requests.

We will be back. Really well managed with everything we needed for a 6 night stay. Hot tub was a bonus after long days of mountain biking. Right on the heart of Moab.

Outdoor adventure home base!

This property is in an excellent location for all things Moab. Used as a home base for multisport long weekend. Property was very clean, well appointed, and awesome layout for 6 men. Stephanie was awesome and very responsive and helpful with last minute planning. Shared space was also very nice. Super convenient and we will look forward to next time.

Great place

We had a great trip. Check in was easy and the host texted to tell me we could check in early. The kitchen had everything we needed and we grilled out two evenings which was so nice. Great location - one block off Main Street and 10 mins to Arches NP. We also went to Canyonlands NP & Dead Horse State Park which were about 40 mins away. We rented kayaks and spent an afternoon going down the Colorado River. Great stay. Thanks for making it so easy.

Beautiful modern look, close to main, comfy beds

Everything was clean and new. We couldn’t find a can opener when we were making tacos, so we texted and she brought one right over. Probably the nicest Vrbo we’ve stayed in so far. The bunk beds especially were a huge hit with the kids. The teenagers just wanted to hang out in the loft part of the bunk .

Lovely property

This place is better than the description! So many nice touches and so much room! And it’s in an excellent spot! Close to everything but far enough away for real quiet time. Would definitely book this again. The extra fees were the only thing I wasn’t thrilled with, I must have missed that in the description of the place in the beginning, but would have booked anyway. Overall very satisfied.

Moab friend reunion

We decided to book a trip to Moab super last minute with a bunch of friends. This was the perfect place to stay. We had plenty of comfortable beds to sleep in, and lots of space in the kitchen/living room area. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. The entry area was super easy access for everyone, while still feeling safe. And the grill and hot tubs were the cherry on top to make for a fun getaway with friends. 10/10 recommend!

Great place, we’ll be back

We loved our time here. Was exactly what we thought we we were getting. Communication was great with the owner. We didn’t have any problems at all! Plenty of room for 13 adults. Kitchen made it so easy as groups that size are difficult to eat out with. Also, beds were comfortable and everything super clean. Pull out on the couch was not comfortable but what pull out ever is? The hot tubs were the only thing that was a bit disappointing. One was super hot and the other needed to be cleaned. Was icy on the back patio so a little scary walking out there. Overall we’d happily stay here again! Thanks!

Great Spot, Modern, Needs a Little Maintenance

The location is great, and unit C is comfortable and pretty usefully appointed. The beds were super comfortable. One bathroom has a loose, rocking toilet, and sewer gas smell was stinky. The bedroom tv would turn on by itself, which woke our toddler up in the middle of the night. The heating unit remote controls were not user friendly, so it we couldn't adjust the temperature in the unit as needed, and no instructions were provided in the guest instruction manual. The unit also has an ant infestation. We found them in every room, and crawling on the table as we tried to eat meals. It is a modern unit, with a great location, but clearly needs some maintenance attention from the owners.

Fun place in Moab.

Great place. Very clean. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Very spacious. One note is that it only has two windows, one in each bedroom. But it does have a great patio when weather permits.

Downtown Inn Moab has the best location, 2 miles from Arches National Park and close Canyonlands National Park, 1 block off Downtown Main st. shops and restaurants. The Location is newly renovated, clean and simple with everything you'll need.
