The ceilings in this studio are sloped and typically fine for people of average height. Taller people may find the ceilings too low
We will not be accepting payments for pool heat from May through October.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

The grounds and location are perfect. The attic room is where we stayed and it was beautiful! Quaint yet roomy, impeccable decor! We loved it!

Great retreat for very close friends

Proximity to beaches. Very clean. Air conditioning didn't cool enough to sleep well. Pool was awesome and well kept with lots of clean beach towels. Refrigerator very tiny. You will need a cooler and ice each day. The price was right, loved the location and as long as you're with friends who are easy going it's a great getaway

Small space, but just what we needed.

3 people in a small space. Clean, easy check in, but would not recommend for groups with more than 3 people, or groups relying on spending much time at the venue. It was a great place to rest and tidy up between adventures, but wouldn’t recommend as a “hangout spot”. Would highly recommend if your group needs met ours :)

Sunrise Garden - Attic Room 3

The room was an attic. Hit head numerous times. Parking was a nightmare. Parking spot was in an alley way. Little light in room. No light in sink area. Ants in bathroom. Wi-fi and internet was out 6 days of 3 week stay. When calling the the rental office, I had to wait from 44 mins to one hour and 26 mins for someone to answer. Send a text and may receive a response the next day. The pool area was a mess. Area of the pool had a cabana to crash and yellow hazard tape was placed around it for our entire 3 week stay. I would never stay at a Vacasa property again.

Great location and cute decor. Pictures certainly make the place look much nicer than it actually is though. A lot of rust and things put together cheaply. Bed was quite uncomfortable as well.

Its a room, its fine.

Its a room, its fine. Parking is very tight. The ceilings are at an angle and you can see a bunch of grease mark where people continually bump there heads. I had to crane my neck every time I used the bathroom. I am 6 feet tall and the shower head came up to about top of my chest so that was very annoying. If you like water pressure shower downstairs by the pool which was a superior experience aside from everyone being able to watch you shower. There is about 4 sq feet of counter space so do not plan on utilizing the kitchen much if at all. There is a tiny microwave, giant coffee maker (no coffee!) and a hidden toaster. They have a few gas grills located throughout the property which I think were supposed to stay in a communal place but they were all taken to individuals patios. I literally had to knock on another renters room and ask to borrow "their grill" because the one that was in the communal area had no gas. At the end of the day I saw one of the guests dragging their grill back to the communal area. The office is open from 9 - 5 Monday through Friday so if you are there on the weekend you may have trouble getting assistance. DO NOT shut your door without taking the room key. The keypads are not working for some reason. My wife thought that was how we go into the room so she closed the door behind her and we had to wait an hour, since it was a Saturday, before someone came with another key. Location is great but that can be said for anything that far north on the island. I have stayed at many places on Anna Maria over the years and this was by far the least comfortable experience, will not be staying on the property again. Its fine though.

Great location on the Island. Great room for the price.

This is our second time staying at this location in this exact room and we had a great time. The room was small. The A/C was in the window. The bed was soft. The TV was small. Who cares! The pool was perfect! The beach was 2 minutes away. The staff was super friendly. There are shops, restaurants, ice cream shops, etc within walking distance. Your are about 100 feet from a trolley stop. We loved staying at Sunrise Garden. The only real con was the lack of water pressure in the shower. You may as well wash your hair in the sink. It was annoyingly brutal. 5 stars if they figure out how to fix it. It was bad 8 years ago and it's still bad. Not a deal breaker though...

Perfect location but needs some tweaks

The location was amazing! The unit itself and the property are charming. I loved the quiet and secluded little pool and the unit was comfortable. The shower in the bathroom has not been finished properly and there is a hole around the faucet and grout was kind of messy. After several days we asked to get more pool towels and we’re told no. Then later found out we were entitled to get fresh ones. One afternoon, sitting at the pool, the lawn service came and blew dust and dirt all over us and into the pool. Although we understand it has to be done, perhaps the morning when no one was out would be better. The real irritation was that when one of the staff saw us being “dusted” he said “Are you enjoying the dust cloud?” And when I responded that we did not appreciate it, he did not even say “ I am sorry about the inconvenience” or “thanks for bearing with us while we do our maintenance” he literally just walked away. Not great customer service. I am a 30 year professional in the hotel business and you just don’t do that. Overall, we had a great stay but I recommend a deep cleaning of the property and a little bit of service training. Then, it would be perfect.

How low can you go?

This studio apartment is not fit for normal sized humans. It is an attic that was staged very well to be cute and there’s nothing cute about having to permanently hunch over in the living quarters and the bathroom is a joke you can’t stand up straight at the toilet or the vanity! Renter beware!
