I did want to clear up a bit of confusion: we don’t work with a realtor—this is our personal home, and I was the one communicating directly with you. I’m sorry if that wasn’t clear at the time. Regarding the beach towels, we always recommend guests bring their own, as we don’t officially provide them. Occasionally previous guests may leave some behind, but they aren’t guaranteed or included in the rental. As for parking, we’re only able to guarantee two passes. While there may be additional guest spaces available at times, those spots are shared by the entire community and are not something we can promise in advance. We truly appreciate your feedback and are always working to improve communication and clarity. We hope to host you again in the future and earn that fifth star next time! Warm regards, Sylvia

Sorry about the kitchen towels. I did leave kitchen towels out at the beginning of the season. They’ve apparently disappeared.

I apologize for less than optimal cleaning. The previous renters had an emergency and left the place in disarray. The cleaning crew only had limited time to turn over the unit. We were glad to credit you one night and send the cleaning crew the following day. The toilet holder in the upstairs bathroom is inside the cabinet.
