Gulf Place Caribbean is back and better than ever! Balconies and patios have been renovated, the elevator is brand new and the stairwells have been replaced.

Welcome to our Poolside Paradise! This is a first floor 1 bedroom condo with bunks and 1 bathroom. Access to the pool and spa is through a private gate just a few steps out the back door of the condo . . . it’s like having your own private cabana. The custom kitchen layout features extra counter space, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The bedroom has a king sized bed and there is a queen-size sleeper sofa in living room. There are large flat screen TVs in the living room and the master bedroom and comfortable Adirondack chairs on the open patio. The bathroom has double sinks and a shower/tub combination. You’ll love the convenience of having your own full sized washer and dryer in the unit. We provide Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels.

Gulf Place has three private beach accesses just across Scenic Highway 30-A. Because our condo is so close to the beach, you can get exercise by actually walking ON the beach, not walking TO the beach. We also have three swimming pools that are heated year round, not to mention tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard and cornhole.
