This family-friendly Brigantine home is perfect for your weekly vacation or long weekend retreat needs. Located in the A Zone "Flynn Inn " is just 5 houses away from the best beach in Brigantine. The spacious front porch is welcoming after a great day on the beach or the perfect place to read a book. This home offers 5 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The first floor features a comfortable living room for entertaining. The kitchen has a large table for gathering, great for cards or board games.

Bedroom 1 is on the first floor which is perfect for the grandparents who may no longer enjoy climbing the stairs. It is equipped with a full size bed. Bedroom 2 is an ensuite located on the second floor. It has a Queen bed and an adjacent beautiful bathroom. Bedrooms 3 & 4 are equipped with a set of bunk beds. . The second floor master bedroom has a king sized bed and an adjacent bathroom with a large Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The best feature of the master bedroom is the deck, where you can enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the sounds of the ocean.

There is a garage for storing beach toys and chairs. The home has central air-conditioning, cable TV, garbage disposal and dishwasher. You will truly feel refreshed and re-energized after a wonderful stay here in Brigantine.

Home is conveniently located only a short drive from the world famous Atlantic City Casinos & Boardwalk for both day & night entertainment. There are plenty of fine and casual dining & shopping nearby. Just minutes to boating, fishing, water sports, 18-Hole Golf course, tennis courts and mini golf.

Perfect for our multi-family vacation!

This house was perfect for our annual family vacation! It’s in a great part of the island, an easy walk to the beach, stocked with whatever you need in the kitchen, and the owner was quick to respond with any questions we had. We’re already planning to stay here again next year since we loved it so much!

Nice House for a Weekend Stay

This is a nice property with lots of space for a large group in a cute neighborhood. When we arrived the water was off in the house, but the owners were quick to help out and drove down to make sure everything was okay. Eventually the water was fixed and we had a great weekend. I would recommend that the owners stock the house with toilet paper, hand soap/ dish soap, and other essentials in the future so guests don’t have to buy these items.

Mother's day weekend

The house was very spacious for our family coming together for a long weekend. The directions and check in process was very simple. The large kitchen allowed for us to prepare meals without stumbling over each other. Although the house is beautiful, the housekeeping and upkeep could use a little work. Several of the blankets and pillows that were provided were heavily stained and in poor condition and several of the smoke detectors had been inoperable.

Amazing location and accommodations

We have tried many places in Brigantine to accommodate my husband and I plus our 3 adult children and their significant others. This worked out so well. There was bed space for everyone, and people who went to bed early upstairs did not hear people who were up late downstairs. Great communication with the owner. The kitchen layout works well for accommodating large groups. For those not familiar with Brigantine, this location is ideal for the beach and walking distance to Ocean Beverage (liquor store), beach restaurant/bar, pizza place, Rita's and Wawa, with Acme and CVS a short drive away. Once you get your food supplies you really don't have to drive anywhere if you don't want to. The decor is nice and the house is spacious. The porches are great! We will definitely look to book again.

Spacious Home in Great Location

Our family decided to take a last minute long weekend over Labor Day. The house is very spacious with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. It easily accommodated our 3 adults and 4 children with a bedroom to spare. The location of the house is fantastic with an easy 2 minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed time on the front porch eating meals and playing games. The backyard while large and fenced in doesn't have seating or a table which was strange because there are sliders off the kitchen/dining room which provides easier access than walking through the living room to the front porch with your food. The kitchen is large and easy for many people to be in at once, however, we found the cleanliness and lack of some essential items like serrated knives and place mats to be disappointing. The carpet throughout the upstairs is a light color berber that by the time of our stay at the end of the summer was stained and dirty. Also, while there are three bedrooms for adult accommodation all three have very high beds which can be difficult for an older person to get into. There are two master suites, one which is very large and has a king-size bed, vaulted ceilings, bathroom with jetted tub, separate shower and a spacious balcony. The other with a queen bed and bathroom. The larger bedroom was one of my favorite spots in the house although the furniture on the deck did not have cushions on the seats and the screen door was broken. The host was very quick to respond whenever I sent a message and answered all my questions throughly. She even let us have access two hours early (which I probably shouldn't mention lol) and when I messaged her regarding my disappointment about the cleanliness in the kitchen she offered to have the cleaners come back and clean it again. We very much enjoyed our first stay in Brigantine and the house was great. If the owner addresses some of the minor issues the house will be perfect.

Hi Justine Thanks for all of your helpful insight to things that we can improve. We have addressed the cleaning issues with the team. Just got clarification, there are ample seat cushions for the deck furniture. They are in the very large bin on far left side of balcony. We store them in there in order to avoid them getting ruined in the rain. I apologize if you missed them.

Staying at this property was a dream come true for my grandmother! She enjoyed the nice weekend here and at the beach that is literally about 5 mins away. The house was very clean and Elissa (host) was very nice and communicated everything really well. Great stay and location

We stayed for a local basketball tournament with 2 other families. It is a well stocked 5 bedroom home. Very spacious. Has everything u need. Very cozy. My only wish is that the master bedroom had blinds or blackout curtains, because the sun woke us up way too early everyday.

Oh no we're 60 girls getaway

We were looking for a nice place close to the beach but at the same time not over priced for a girls weekend. We were a group of 6 ladies, friends since junior high school or longer, celebrating hitting 60 this year. This beautiful home was absolutely perfect. We felt it was actually nicer than pictured and just enjoyed every minute. A peaceful neighborhood, 1/2 block to the beach, yet a very short drive to Atlantic City for live music and entertainment if you're looking for a little more action. This house was spotless upon arrival. We could have not been more pleased. Elissa was wonderful with the few questions we had, responding very quickly. This house fit our needs perfectly. We appreciate the simple things and really appreciated both the Keurig and the regular coffee pot. We highly recommend; you will not be disappointed.

Brigantine beach house

The house is very close to the beach and to shops and restaurants. It is much nicer than the pictures or description - it’s a beautiful house. I would definitely visit again with or without kids.

Great location, perfect for family

We had a great week with our two teenaged sons. The house was clean and everyone enjoyed having their own large bedroom and full bathroom. The owner was very responsive to our questions. It was wonderful being such a short walk to the beach and also to the stores in town. We definitely give it 5 stars and would rent this property again. Minor feedback similar to other reviews but not hugely impactful on our enjoyment - While we loved playing cards and drinking coffee or eating dinner on the front porch we did wish there was more lounge-type seating on the decks to stretch out with a book or take a nap. Also, the sectional indoors was the only place for everyone to sit which was great for movie nights but didn’t leave people many options to spread out comfortably in the house. Finally, as mentioned in other reviews, there need to be better blinds in the house. Thanks to the reviews, we brought sleep masks to block the early morning sun but it was still hard to sleep last 7am in bright sunshine. Overall, an amazing vacation spot that would be hard to beat for comfort and location!
