Summer 2021 upgrades include an all-new fabulous sun-drenched backyard deck with cocktail rails for entertaining while cooking on the six-burner gas grill, furnished with a big new dining set shaded by a ten ft. cantilevered umbrella, connected to the expansive bright and airy screened porch with sparkling new windows for all-weather comfort. It also features both a lounging area with a comfy RH sofa and armchairs and a dining area with a large new teak dining table and cushioned chairs (plus a bench for little ones), hardwood floors covered in lovely new jute rugs, stocked with beach chairs and umbrellas. After a summer evening alfresco meal, clean-up is a breeze with the new top-of-the-line, oversized, three-rack sanitizing dishwasher. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
