Spacious Corner Townhouse from Mt. Snow! Private hot tub!

Curl up with family and friends in front of the gas fire place on the giant red couch in our spacious but cozy 3 bedroom 3 full bathroom townhouse that sleeps 11! Wake up to views of Mount Snow which is 1 mile away across route 100. Have a dog? Bring him! Our yellow lab has fully inspected the premise and has confirmed dogs love it too!

There are three bedrooms in the townhome that make it a great place for family and friends. The Master bedroom has a king bed and its own bathroom. The Second upstairs bedroom has 2 queen beds and an its own bathroom. The third bedroom, which is downstairs, has one twin bunk bed and one twin/queen bunk bed; perfect for kids, singles or one couple.

Enjoy the peace and serenity of the mountains without having to give up the luxury of communication. 1 Gig high-speed Fiber WIFI and Streaming TV will let you answer emails and catch the big game if you desire. Otherwise disconnect from the outside world and enjoy our fully stocked game closet! (The unit also has decent cell reception if using Verizon / T Mobile). *The unit has recently been updated with Smart LED TVs in every room.

Your only worry on vacation should be about having fun! Snow Storm? No need to worry about shoveling, the community will make sure all the roads and walkways are clear and safe! Encounter another issue? I am just a phone call / text away and on site maintenance is able to address most other issues!

Enjoy peace of mind knowing that all surfaces are cleaned with anti bacterial cleaners and all sheets are bleached prior to arrival.

There is a MOOver shuttle stop right in front of the townhouse that will bring you to mount snow!

The Greenspring Community center has a newly renovated heated pool, hot tub, tennis/pickle ball courts, fire pit, game room, reading room, and full gym with pelotons! The community center is open to all guests and is just a short walk away.

We recently added a private hot tub for the enjoyment of our guests!** For use of the private hot tub there is a fee of $200 per stay and a requirement to sign a waiver to acknowledge and abide by the rules.** Use of the hot tub without signing the waiver or paying the fee will result in the $200 fee being charged + a $300 fee for non compliance.
