Watershed 10 - Two King Bedrooms with a Long Range View

The highlight of Watershed 10 is the master bedroom suite on the lower level. It features a king bed and fireplace. The cabin also has a pool table, outside fireplace, hot tub, and long-range view. Watershed 10 has easy access with a newly added entrance ramp. This and all other cabins on our Watershed Resort property are only minutes from town or the Nantahala Outdoor Center.

Main Floor
Kitchen
Your kitchen is appointed with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. We also provide you with all the dishes, utensils, and cooking tools you'll need. A gas grill is provided for BBQ connoisseurs (full propane tank included).
Great Room
The great room features a large living and dining area with a table suitable for seating 6-8. The modern-rustic decor features a sectional sofa, hardwood floors, stone gas fireplace, and log-wall interiors. The great room has sliding doors opening to the front (with the long-range view) or the side deck (with hot tub and wood-burning fireplace). In addition to the living/dining/kitchen area, the main floor has a king bedroom with a shared bathroom just outside the door.

Sleeping Accommodations
All our cabins feature both down & foam pillows as well as down comforters. Most beds have a pillow-top mattress and are appointed with luxurious all-cotton linens. Towels are provided for the base number of occupancy.

Lower Floor
The master suite on this level is the highlight of this cabin. It features a pillow-top king bed, private bathroom, satellite TV, and a stone gas-log fireplace with a love-seat for cuddling. There is access through sliding glass doors to the lower-level deck with outside stairs leading up to the hot tub and outside fireplace.
Loft Floor
The loft features a Queen over Queen bunk (2 queen beds), full bathroom, pool table, and Smart TV.

Resort Amenities
Our Resort property features a number of outdoor areas for your enjoyment. The Yard is the center of our Resort. There, you can find a gorgeous view, seating, a group fire pit, a bocce ball court, corn hole, ladder ball, horseshoes, and our signature logzebo with a bedswing. Additionally, we have an onsite hiking trail that leads to the playground and our Eco Park which features a waterfall and a custom mountain laurel bridge.

This cabin is pet friendly with a $100 non-refundable fee for up to 2 pets, Dogs only!

To ensure you have a comfortable experience, we provide a starter supply of the following items:

Please note that these supplies are intended to get you started and may not be sufficient for your entire stay. You may need to purchase additional supplies depending on the length of your stay and your usage needs. We suggest you visit the grocery store before arriving at your cabin. Bryson Cityñ€ℱs main grocery store, Ingles, closes at 10pm most of the year but may close earlier in the Winter months.
Pet Policy
We must know in advance if you are bringing a pet. This cabin is pet friendly with a $100 non-refundable fee for up to 2 pets. Dogs only! We allow more than two pets only on a case-by-case basis. By bringing a pet, you agree to the terms of our complete Pet Agreement, which provides very specific rules for pets including: no pets on furniture (including beds and sofas), unattended pets in the cabin must be crated, and many other strict requirements. If we find evidence of pets on furniture, you will be charged $100. If we find evidence of pets damaging the property, including using the bathroom in unit, you will be charged $200. The Pet Agreement also provides that pets brought without advance notice will be charged $250 plus the normal pet fee. Pets brought to cabins that do NOT allow pets can result in immediate eviction with forfeiture of remaining paid stay.
Important Notice: Road Conditions in the Smoky Mountains
Please be aware that road conditions in the Smoky Mountains can be unpredictable and may change rapidly due to weather. Our cabinñ€ℱs roads & driveways are either pavement or gravel or both. Depending on the season, you may experience road conditions such as heavy rain washouts, snow, sleet, roads covered in leaves, etc. We highly recommend using a 4WD vehicle to ensure safe travel to your cabin, especially during winter months or inclement weather. We also strongly recommend traveling in a vehicle with higher ground clearance to navigate the terrain more easily. Low clearance vehicles will not be able to access certain cabin roads including The Watershed Resort.
Please Note:
NO REFUNDS will be issued if you are unable to reach your cabin due to road conditions.
We advise checking weather and road conditions prior to your trip to ensure a safe and pleasant journey.

Water Conservation Policy
To ensure the sustainability of our beautiful mountain environment, we kindly ask all guests to use water mindfully during their stay. Please limit shower times, turn off the tap while brushing your teeth, and report any leaks immediately. We also encourage the reuse of towels and linens to reduce water consumption. These small actions help preserve our natural resources and keep the mountains pristine for future visitors.
Run the washer sparingly.
Only run the dishwasher when it's full.
DO NOT wash your car.

Attention: Active Wildlife in the Area
Our area of WNC is currently experiencing increased wildlife activity, particularly from bears. While itñ€ℱs a privilege to share our environment with these magnificent creatures, itñ€ℱs essential that we all take precautions to ensure our safety and theirs.
Please follow these guidelines:
Secure all food and garbage: Bears are attracted to strong smells. Do not leave food in your car and reattach bungee cords to trash can lids every time.
Be aware of your surroundings: Stay alert, especially during dawn and dusk when wildlife is most active.
Avoid close encounters: If you see a bear or other wildlife, maintain a safe distance and do not approach.
Travel in groups: When possible, hike or explore with others, and make noise to alert animals of your presence. Keep dogs leashed at all times.
Your cooperation is crucial in maintaining a safe and harmonious environment for everyone. Thank you for your attention and care.

Mountain views

It is very cozy and the views are breathtaking. Their is an area to play games and stuff for the kids to do. Its not far from Bryson City if you come for Polar Express.

Cabin is nice very spacious. Beds are very comfortable. Needs more kitchen cups and plates and more towels.

Great place

This cabin is fantastic. We brought our fur babies and my only complaint is that there isn’t a spot for animals to potty around the house so you have to walk to the yard which isn’t a huge deal unless is raining! Anyways, beautiful home and view, very clean, and a nice getaway for anyone.

Wonderful Private Resort Property.

We had a lovely time at the Watershed 10 property. Kitchen was stocked with necessary items and the cabin was well decorated and VERY clean. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Fire and fire starter was waiting for us in the outdoor fireplace and more wood was readily available. The hot tub was clean and relaxing. We can’t wait to come again!

Clean & Comfy but excessive road noise

I regularly stay with Watershed properties and they always do a great job of making sure that your stay is as great as possible. This cabin though is right near the main highway and makes enjoying the patio almost impossible. Just far too noisy to be enjoyable.
