Meticulously maintained three-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home featuring custom kitchen and an open floor plan with high main room ceilings and a premium water view. Fully equipped new kitchen with quartz waterfall countertops and gas cook-top. Off the kitchen is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Bathrooms are newly updated with tiled showers. Two bedrooms include french doors to the pool/lanai area with barbecue grill and separate seating and dining areas. Newly resurfaced pool with custom travertine pavers. Located on quiet cul-de-sac with direct access to Marco River and the Gulf of Mexico. Golf, beaches, water sports and fine dining are all 5-10 minutes away by car.

Phenomenal property

This property is amazing! Clean, convenient, close to grocery, not far from restaurants & the beach. The pool & hot tub are great and we loved all the different places to sit around out back. The listing was accurate, home was beautiful, well kept and clean. We were so impressed with the entire experience and hope to return next vacation! You won’t be disappointed here.

Beautiful home in a perfect location.

Our family enjoyed all the amenities of this beautiful home. The pictures are exactly what it looks like and the location was ideal to everything! Owner was extremely prompt in all communications. Having coffee together in the morning on the dock was a highlight for us and our two kids loved the pool! Highly recommended!

6 Weeks in Paradise

This property is everything you need. We have stayed here twice before and will continue in the future. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. The kitchen is ready for anything you want to cook, cocktail, etc. A great area to walk in the morning. The owner is easy to work with and gets back to you quickly if you have any questions.

The property was both very clean and very well maintained. If any issues arose or clarification was needed our host was on to it very quickly. Overall it was an excellent experience, and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

X-mas in Florida!

We had a wonderful time in Marco, and the weather was perfect. The house was gorgeous and located close to everything in Marco. We especially loved the pool and spa. I have no doubt we will return to stay here again.

Just Perfect for Us!

This is the second year my husband and I have stayed at Dave’s house and it is our favorite spot for our yearly getaway as a couple! The house is beautiful, clean and comfy and well-appointed. The location is quiet and private and just a short drive to the beach. The dock is perfect for launching SUP’s that we like to rent to explore the canals. The sidewalks are great for walking at night. The pool and spa are awesome and we love the screened in lanai. The kitchen has everything we need to cook meals for the week and it is close to the grocery store. We will be back! Dave is very helpful and responsive with any questions we have, a fantastic host!

Perfect Villa!

From start to finish our stay was perfect! The villa was stunning, just as the photos displayed. We had everything we needed for our stay with added benefits of two kayaks, some water toys for the kids and a great location to access everything Marco has to offer. Dave was a great host and answered all our questions quickly and honestly. Would definitely stay here again 😍

Perfect Marco Getaway

Wonderful place to stay. Any issues were promptly taken care of by Dave. This included installing a new water heater the very next morning after we reported an issue. Can't ask for a better location on the island.

Beautiful Home

The home is beautiful, especially the lanai with the pool, hot tub, and multiple sitting areas with beautiful plants. Communication with the owner was seamless. Highly recommend this home.

Beautiful house on perfect setting!

Immaculate home, modern vibe, beautifully decorated inside and out. The back of home has a lagoon style pool, several seating areas, boat dock with additional seating. So enjoyable watching the boats, kayakers and dolphins. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry room included laundry detergent. Owner even provided paper products which was a surprising perk. This vacation was truly fantastic. Dave has great communication. Any questions I had he answered within minutes. He was a great host. This house was beautiful. Both me and my husband agreed this was the best vacation we've ever had. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. We took many walks. The house was amazing. The kitchen was stocked and had everything we needed. The bathrooms were spacious and very nice. The entire house was truly so nice. The Lanai was magical. We spent most of our time here in the pool and hot tub. It was truly amazing. We had so much fun kayaking as well. My husband fished off the dock and caught quite a bit of fish. He had such a good time. We didn't want to leave!

Great Marco Getaway

1st trip to Marco. We picked this property because it is beautiful , has a hot tub and heated pool , and has 2 kayaks. Had a wonderful experience at this property and host was extremely helpful. Highly recommend. Hope to be back and stay again !

Another great stay in Marco

This is our second time staying at this property and hopefully won’t be our last!! The house is exactly as pictured and Dave has the best communication as a host! We loved having breakfast and lunch every day on the lanai. Time in the pool and on the dock was great for the family!

Beautiful maintained throughout !! Quiet neighbourhood close to all shopping and fuel station. We really had an amazing stay at your home and didn’t want to leave . Pool spa and terrace were ideal for barbecue’s and relaxing highly recommend this home for your holiday. We hope to come back again soon.

Best Vacation Ever

My husband and I both agreed this was our favorite vacation ever! The house was absolutely perfect for our relaxing trip away from the kids. The house was very clean and the bed was super comfy. We loved opening up the doors to the lanai during the day to let the fresh air in, and enjoyed the spa and pool every day. The dock was easy to launch our rented paddle boards and the location was close to the store and beach. The beach equipment and cooler made trips to the beach a breeze. We loved walking around the neighborhoods at night on the safe and spacious sidewalks. A very quiet and relaxing neighborhood with excellent privacy for the pool, loved the screened in area. Dave was quick to respond to all of my questions and very helpful. We are already planning to stay at this property again when we return. Only a few things would have made this place even better: label the light switches, some larger food storage containers, a drying rack for wet bathing suits and towels, and some hooks in the shower, but these are minor personal preferences. Thanks for a great stay, we were soooo sad to leave!

Slice of Paradise

My wife and I wanted to get away on our own little island to celebrate our anniversary and this place delivered! We spent most of our trip on the screened in patio and in the pool. The kitchen is as advertised, with everything you need. My passion is sport fishing and my wife’s is cooking so we did a charter and my wife made several top end gourmet meals for us. This was the perfect place for us to get away from everything and just spend time together. Our own little island slice of paradise. Dave was great to work with and quick to respond. We highly recommend and will be back!
