Meticulously maintained three-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home featuring custom kitchen and an open floor plan with high main room ceilings and a premium water view. Fully equipped new kitchen with quartz waterfall countertops and gas cook-top. Off the kitchen is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Bathrooms are newly updated with tiled showers. Two bedrooms include french doors to the pool/lanai area with barbecue grill and separate seating and dining areas. Newly resurfaced pool with custom travertine pavers. Located on quiet cul-de-sac with direct access to Marco River and the Gulf of Mexico. Golf, beaches, water sports and fine dining are all 5-10 minutes away by car.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home in Marco Island! This immaculate home has an amazing pool/jacuzzi/patio area
perfect for grilling and relaxing with the waterway as a backdrop! We loved that the pool had plenty of shaded areas as well as sunny spots too! The bathrooms and kitchen are great, really big and modern. The location is within a couple minutes of the Publix grocery store, numerous restaurants and the beach. The owner was easy to reach and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again!

This is the third time my husband and I have stayed at this property and we love it every time, it feels like a home away from home. We appreciate how fast Dave is to respond to our questions and in helping us to resolve any issues. The location is so quiet and is great to paddle board off the dock.

Phenomenal property

This property is amazing! Clean, convenient, close to grocery, not far from restaurants & the beach. The pool & hot tub are great and we loved all the different places to sit around out back. The listing was accurate, home was beautiful, well kept and clean. We were so impressed with the entire experience and hope to return next vacation! You won’t be disappointed here.

Beautiful home in a perfect location.

Our family enjoyed all the amenities of this beautiful home. The pictures are exactly what it looks like and the location was ideal to everything! Owner was extremely prompt in all communications. Having coffee together in the morning on the dock was a highlight for us and our two kids loved the pool! Highly recommended!

6 Weeks in Paradise

This property is everything you need. We have stayed here twice before and will continue in the future. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. The kitchen is ready for anything you want to cook, cocktail, etc. A great area to walk in the morning. The owner is easy to work with and gets back to you quickly if you have any questions.

X-mas in Florida!

We had a wonderful time in Marco, and the weather was perfect. The house was gorgeous and located close to everything in Marco. We especially loved the pool and spa. I have no doubt we will return to stay here again.

Just Perfect for Us!

This is the second year my husband and I have stayed at Dave’s house and it is our favorite spot for our yearly getaway as a couple! The house is beautiful, clean and comfy and well-appointed. The location is quiet and private and just a short drive to the beach. The dock is perfect for launching SUP’s that we like to rent to explore the canals. The sidewalks are great for walking at night. The pool and spa are awesome and we love the screened in lanai. The kitchen has everything we need to cook meals for the week and it is close to the grocery store. We will be back! Dave is very helpful and responsive with any questions we have, a fantastic host!

Perfect Villa!

From start to finish our stay was perfect! The villa was stunning, just as the photos displayed. We had everything we needed for our stay with added benefits of two kayaks, some water toys for the kids and a great location to access everything Marco has to offer. Dave was a great host and answered all our questions quickly and honestly. Would definitely stay here again 😍

Perfect Marco Getaway

Wonderful place to stay. Any issues were promptly taken care of by Dave. This included installing a new water heater the very next morning after we reported an issue. Can't ask for a better location on the island.

Beautiful house on perfect setting!

Immaculate home, modern vibe, beautifully decorated inside and out. The back of home has a lagoon style pool, several seating areas, boat dock with additional seating. So enjoyable watching the boats, kayakers and dolphins. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry room included laundry detergent. Owner even provided paper products which was a surprising perk. We can't wait to stay another month! Dave, we really enjoyed your home. Thanks for prompt communication. The Colleys Definitely a 5+ star rating. We

This vacation was truly fantastic. Dave has great communication. Any questions I had he answered within minutes. He was a great host. This house was beautiful. Both me and my husband agreed this was the best vacation we've ever had. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. We took many walks. The house was amazing. The kitchen was stocked and had everything we needed. The bathrooms were spacious and very nice. The entire house was truly so nice. The Lanai was magical. We spent most of our time here in the pool and hot tub. It was truly amazing. We had so much fun kayaking as well. My husband fished off the dock and caught quite a bit of fish. He had such a good time. We didn't want to leave!

Great Marco Getaway

1st trip to Marco. We picked this property because it is beautiful , has a hot tub and heated pool , and has 2 kayaks. Had a wonderful experience at this property and host was extremely helpful. Highly recommend. Hope to be back and stay again !

Another great stay in Marco

This is our second time staying at this property and hopefully won’t be our last!! The house is exactly as pictured and Dave has the best communication as a host! We loved having breakfast and lunch every day on the lanai. Time in the pool and on the dock was great for the family!

Marco holiday

Beautiful maintained throughout !! Quiet neighbourhood close to all shopping and fuel station. We really had an amazing stay at your home and didn’t want to leave . Pool spa and terrace were ideal for barbecue’s and relaxing highly recommend this home for your holiday. We hope to come back again soon.
