CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.

SunDestin Unit 0701 is a bright, sun-filled two bedroom, two bathroom condo accommodating up to six. Rejuvenate in this spacious, uplifting sanctuary bathed in refreshing colors with natural elements scattered throughout. No need to go out for dinner after a long day in the sun as the kitchen is fully-appointed and loaded with everything needed to feed a crowd. Relax at the breakfast bar, dining table, or in the living room with a flat-screen TV. Savor pristine views and breathtaking sunsets on the private balcony, directly overlooking the gulf. Retire on the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room, in the guest room with twin beds and a flat-screen TV, or in the master suite, with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, en suite bathroom, and private access to the balcony.

Tour Destin by land on a Segway, rent a pontoon boat and explore by water, or see the sights from above while parasailing. Check out Destin however you choose as no view is a bad one!

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
