This is the perfect location to stay since Jay Peak is only about 9 miles away, we are right next to the VAST & VASA trails so you can enjoy snowmobiling & four-wheeling, Newport & Memphremagog lake is only 15 minutes away, Canada is about 1 mile away, & being able to ride around & explore the beautiful northeast kingdom is the most special part of your trip here.

Awesome Stay

Long weekend at Jay

Good place to stay but definitely tight for a family of 4 with bigger kids. Location is great to Jay and can’t beat the pricing.

Stay in North Troy

Cleanly and cozy studio-style apartment. We stayed for a trip to Jay Peak (15 minutes away), and it was a perfect place to relax and warm up. Full size fridge, stove, toaster oven and Keurig coffee maker were all convenient additions and we would recommend this stay to others!

Off-Resort Home Base for Jay Peak

I used this studio apartment as home-base for 5 days of skiing at Jay Peak with my father. For two people to chill out in peace after exhausting ourselves completely at the mountain all day, all our needs were met and I would be happy to book the same accommodations in the future. The 802 Market and Deli 2 minutes away has awesome poutine, pizza, etc.

Felt like home

Our stay was amazing. We are kinda from the area and just wanted to “getaway” for the weekend. It’s in a great location. Caitlyn was an amazing host! She made sure everything went smoothly and we were all set for our stay. We will definitely be going back for another “getaway” soon!!!

Nice, Clean and convenient location...

...to explore northern Vermont. Comfortable and clean room. Nearby taco stand, not quite up to Texas standards but good. Had a great time driving around and exploring the area. This made a good base to work from.

Perfect Fall Stay

It was the perfect accommodation! My husband and I had a wedding at Jay Peak and stayed here with our dog. The foliage was incredible and we took beautiful walks in the morning. Took about 15 minutes to get to Jay Peak. The host was incredible and the entire process was easy and seamless.

Great proximity to Jay Peak

The property is similar to staying in a suite at a hotel (with a full kitchen). It’s a studio style apartment. We knew it would likely be cramped for our family of 4, but we each had a place to rest our heads which is all we really needed for a few days skiing up at Jay. Everything was clean, Caitlyn was proactive and responsive. She greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the property. We will definitely look for this property for trips to Jay in the future!

Comfortable space to stay for a ski trip to Jay

This is our second visit to this unit for a couple of days skiing at Jay. The check in process was easy. Caitlyn communicated well and was supportive. The unit was comfortable, and well equipped to cook meals during our stay. North Troy is quiet with limited options for shopping and dining, so best to come prepared to self cater some meals. The location is a short drive to Jay Peak.

Lovely apartment during a snowboarding trip!

This apartment was perfect for our needs. It was a short drive to Jay Peak, our main reason for the trip. Right across the street from 321-Taco, we had an affordable option for dinner, while the kitchen setup in the apartment allowed us to cook our own meals as well. It's a short drive to other restaurants, tourist spots, and shopping. The owner was very responsive, helping us with anything we needed, and immediately coming by when there was an unexpected power outage. We're very excited to book again!

Our stay with Caitlyn was absolutely wonderful! We were there for almost a month and it couldn’t have been any better. Caitlyn was kind, communicative and helpful from the time we booked! There was nothing she was NOT willing to do to help us out at any time. The house was filled with just about anything you could need, toiletries for the bathroom, plenty of pillows and blankets and towels, pots and pans galore and even some items in the fridge and pantries to cook with! There is access to a coin operated washer and dryer on site that works wonderfully and is easy to use. There is a big backyard with lots of pretty foliage. It was local to a ton of fun things to do in Vermont, as well as the town itself being walkable and peaceful. I could not recommend staying with Caitlyn enough. Prepare to have a great mountain getaway!

Ski weekend

Our stay was very nice. The only complaints we had was the door was hard to unlock and lock with the key pad. After we figured out that we had to pull the door toward oneself when entering the code to unlock and lock it we were fine. The refrigerator was loud at times making it hard to sleep at times but we really appreciate that they allow dogs as our dog is a senior and too old to kennel safely. We hope to make a return visit and we will definitely keep this place in mind. Thank you!!!
