Stay at âHappy Hour Hideawayâ & leave your worries behind!  Located on infamous Highway 30a, you will love staying so close to the action while still enjoying the seclusion of this complex.  For your convenience, we provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cart for you to easily make the short walk to the beach.  This condo is located on the first floor and has one full bedroom, hallway bunks and 2 full bathrooms.  There is a fully stocked kitchen & stackable W/D!  To get your vacation started, we also provide the following:
(2) Toilet paper rolls per bathroom
(1) Roll of paper towels
(2) Beach Towels
(2) Trash bags
(4) Bath towels per bathroom (with hand towels and washcloths)
(1) Shampoo/ conditioner/ soap/ body wash per bathroom
(1) black make-up cloth per bathroom (please utilize these when cleaning your face, as make-up stains our linens)
(1) Starter set of laundry detergent
(1) dawn soap and sponge
Starter set of dishwasher soap
(4) Keurig coffee pods
* Please note amenities provided are meant to be utilized as a starter set and are not intended to last the length of your stay. Please pack accordingly for longer stays.
Hidden Lake is a recently constructed condominium development on Highway 30a on the western end of Santa Rosa Beach, FL. This unit has a beautiful patio to enjoy your morning coffee (or evening wine!) al fresco. You will love the calming, simplistic decor of this unit as well as the ease of entrance to the space. There is ample parking for your vehicle(s) and (gas powered) golf carts. We look forward to hosting you!
This complex is a gated community. Upon check-in, we will provide everything that you need to gain access into the unit. There are two parking spots for this unit available. No need to worry, golf carts are also available to be parked as long as they are in a parking spot! We are located just a short walk (5-7minutes from the beach) and several restaurants (Shunk Gulley is our favorite!), ice cream stores and shops! The complex has an exercise room and pool you are welcome to use during your stay! Upon booking, you will receive a detailed welcome packet via email with helpful information about the condo, complex and area!
Managed by Diving Pelican Realty and Rentals. We require an additional rental agreement to be signed at booking to ensure age requirements are met. Thank you for understanding!
ANIMAL POLICY: We regret to inform you that this unit is not animal-friendly. Although we love all animals, our son has a severe allergy to animal dander which can trigger asthma attacks. Thank you in advance for understanding!
Please note: There is a ring door bell on the door for security and safety purposes.

The old saying goes 'if you do what you love, you will never work a day in your life', and that is why I became a Florida real estate agent and, more recently, a real estate broker. During your stay, I aim to provide you with all the information and commodities to make sure your vacation is enjoyable and stress-free!
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
Located on the western end of 30A, you have all the glam of staying in this highly desired area of the panhandle, but without all the traffic and congestion!  Two public beach accesses are within walking distance as our several restaurants (Shunk Gullet is a must!).  Staying on a ground floor unit makes entering and exiting with beach gear SO easy! And you will love the ample parking this complex provides!  Feel free to rent a golf cart during your stay (although we recommend a gas cart, as the complex does not provide a charging station).
