Home was in great location. Pool was clean and good size. Highly recommend this property. Owner is very attentive to your needs.

Nice home for visit to Disney

We stayed here the last weekend in January. The house was spotless, and very comfortable. Nice arrangement for kids (two rooms with two twin beds in each) and two adults (queen with private bath, and master with private bath). Also, a very nice pool. The houses are close to one another, but the neighborhood was quiet. We did have some unexplained noise the first night, but the owner was very prompt in checking it out the following day (palm leaves hitting a new roof?) and the second and third nights were very quiet. The house is about 20 mins from Disney given traffic and lights, but very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Great Place!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The positives outweigh any negatives. Perfect location. Big enough for our party of 6. We loved the pool. Great communications. We never could get the hot tub to work; the water was hot but the jets never worked for us. There are notes hung up that contradict the rules in the binder so that was stressful for a rule follower. I was turned off by the tip envelope left on the counter asking for a tip for the house cleaner. I am a good tipper, but I feel the cleaning fee we pay can more than pay the house cleaner without asking for more.

Extended stay

We were at this property for a month long stay when we sold our home. The property is just as pictured! If you have children they will love the Disney themed rooms. The home was clean and sanitized. The owner is very kind and responsive. The property manager lives right next door. We enjoyed the pool and having access to the garage to park a car. Although there is no yard for dogs the neighborhood is large enough to give them a nice long walk. The location is only a few minutes from Publix grocery story and Walmart. Several local restaurants are within a 5 minute drive in Cagan crossings. Besides Disney there is lots to do within 30 minutes or less (national park, orange picking, strawberry picking, visiting downtown winter park) etc. Overall it was a great stay.

Safe neighborhood, relatively clean

Farther from the parks than expected. Thankfully Uber is readily available but expect a 35-50 min commute each way. Beds are like rocks and pillows are very thin. Incredibly difficult to get a good night sleep. Property manager locks the thermostat so you’re unable to control at all. Quiet safe neighborhood. Hot tub was nice. Showers are very small so may not work if you have larger people in your group. Very spacious. Would have been much better than hotel if the beds were even a tad more comfortable. Unfortunately until that is adjusted I would recommend finding somewhere else to stay. Surfaces were clean but bathrooms had dirt in corners and there were big webs of dust hanging around door frames. Seems like it was vacant for a bit and then rush cleaned. Garage was locked but thankfully we were able to just take garbage to curb when we checked out.

Great Get Away

Overall our house rental experience was good. We had some issues with the pool heater but the manager resolved it quickly. The house is furnished nicely but does lack some amenities in the kitchen like pizza pans, and baking sheets. It was about 30 minutes from the Magic Kingdom and Disney Studios, but about 45 minutes away from Universal Studios. Overall it's a very nice house.

The property was just as listed in the photos. There were a couple small maintenance insides that were noted and the management company addressed them promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

March 26-April 3

We stayed at this property March 26-April 3rd. Very beautiful and clean house! We, unfortunately, did have a few issues. The beds were very uncomfortable, the blankets were thin, the shower in the queen suite did not get hot, and the hot tub never got hot despite turning it on countless times. That said, after a few days, the home owner did refund us 50% of the heating fee due to the hot tub not working properly and could not be used as a hot tub. Super bummed that we never got to use it as we chose this house over the other one were were looking at because it had a hot tub and the other did not. Rachel, the property manager, never got back to us after texting and calling a few times. The other women (Renee?) that helps out with the property came over from next door, drunk and was more worried about her guests waiting for her to get back over to the house than helping us out with the hot tub issue. Super frustrating. We had a blast in Florida regardless and thankfully, because the property managers were MIA or drunk, the home owner was very responsive and checked in daily.

Love my stay

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed at this property for 5 nights and had no major issues. Homeowner checked in several times to ensure everything with our stay was going well. Responded promptly to any concerns. Home is located in very convenient area. Everything you could possibly need access to is within a 10-15 drive. Would def recommend this property!

It was very good communication with the landlady from the start. the house is exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. The pool with heating was perfect, so we could still relax in the warm water after a long day in the amusement parks. I would book here again anytime!!! Thanks very much.

Great place

This was a wonderful property. It was in a great location. Close to everything including Disney. The one thing that could of made it better was there was no lounge chairs to lay by the pool. Also, could use a cookie sheet and large pot to boil noodles for spaghetti. Other than that, it was a wonderful place.

Perfect location!

This was in a perfect central location for us. It's about an hour and a half to each coast, so it's great if you're sight seeing Florida. It's also just a short drive to all the parks. It has lots of room for all the family, but is also just perfect for a romantic getaway and the pool is great for an evening swim. This home is beautifully taken care of, and offered at a great rate.

Everything you need

My family and I had a nice time here. It was very spacious and was well-equipped. It’s exactly as shown in the photos! The house was clean and the beds were comfy. The water pressure was great. Alejandra is a great communicator and gives detailed info if you have any questions. We had an issue with the smoke detectors the first night but the problem was taken care of by property management the next day. My only suggestions would be to check the batteries in the smoke detectors more frequently and to give clearer check out instructions. Overall, we would stay again.

Excellent house and superb host

I enjoyed staying in this beautiful and clean villa with my family. The owner is a wonderful person who answered my call even after 9:00pm to answer my questions. Such a wonderful person!The villa is spacious and felt like we were home even away from home.I will definitely come back. Thank you!

Very spacious and clean house for our family of 5. Communication with the owner was great. My only advice is to share that there is an extra fee ($40) per night to heat the spa/pool and type up directions on how to get it warm. Overall, this was a great place to stay and we enjoyed our time there. Thank you for sharing your home!

Phenomenal

This house was phenomenal! Extremely clean, the surfaces , sheets and towels. Alejandra the host, was very attentive and always made sure we were satisfied. The property manager was very nice as well! The house is located in a great area and we took advantage of a farm and winery located less than 5 minutes from the house . Will be definitely stay in this big house again .
