Fun Getaway

We enjoyed the view and being right in the lake with this property. Its central location is also great for accessing restaurants and shopping in town. We also used the swimming dock as a boat dock and it worked out great!

PERFECT LOCATION

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PROPERTY WAS WHAT I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR ON THE LAKE!! VIEW FOR THE FIREWORKS WAS FANTASTIC. LOTS OF ROOM WITH IT HAVING TWO LIVING ROOMS.

Cool house in a great location

Very nice house with a lot of history. Outdoor areas were A, as was the master bedroom. A nice plus to be able to use the garage, most don't allow. Great dock for.swimming and hanging out. Very close to everything.

Inaccurate pictures!

The pictures could not do justice to this property! It is beautifully maintained and in a great location. The house is immaculate. I reached out to the owner to let her know we arrived and she responded immediately. We did not need anything dueing our stat, but i am sure if we did, she would have responded immediately. This was a beautiful, relaxing property, good for adults and kids. Again, the pictures posted on line only begin to show how great this property is.

Excellent Property! Perfect Location!!

I can't say enough about this property. My wife and my two kids stayed here over fall break. The house is in a perfect location, with million dollar views and close to everything you need. What makes it even better is the owners are very communicative and very responsive if you need anything. Book this property, you won't regret it!!

The Perfect Lakehouse!

This was the perfect lakehouse for our family! Stunning views of the lake, ideal dock for kids to jump off of, beautiful kitchen, and space for everyone! As we drove away, my daughter asked "When can we come back?" It melted my heart! We will definitely be back!

Great Location and Scenery

Morning coffee on the glassed in porch overlooking the lake was a wonderful treat. Perfect location to Oaklawn and restaurants. Two beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms for each upstairs. The downstairs bed and bath are not renovated. Perfect for teenagers but not for adults. We had the best time! Highly recommend for 2 couples or Family with teenagers who like their privacy.

Beautiful home and lake front property. Ideal location. Next time we will try to be in better shape to maneuver the steps to the dock and back to the house! We’re old, what can I say! Julie was a pleasure to work with, definitely will use her again!!

Perfect Lake House

If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay with amazing lake views then, this is the perfect house! Once you walk through the front door, you can see the lake from every window on the back. It is in a great location and close to shopping and restaurants. The house was clean and everything is in excellent working condition. The kitchen has everything you need and made cooking dinners at home very easy. The backyard is so pretty and has sitting areas to enjoy the lake view. My family enjoyed fishing from the pier and the marina is conveniently located half a mile down the road if you want some boating fun! We would highly recommend this property for your next vacation. We will definitely be visiting again!

Family Vacation at great Lake house

The views of the lake were spectacular. The master bedrooms view was a pleasure to wake up to. We all enjoyed the two docks. It was a good place for our annual family vacation with the kids and grandkids. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. The grandkids enjoyed hanging out downstairs while the adults enjoyed the upstairs dining area. It is conveniently located to stores while still feeling secluded. Though TVs in each room would be an added bonus as most of our group likes to watch at bedtime. Very easy check in and out. Julie was a pleasure and very responsive.

Best rental in Hot Springs!

The house is exactly like it looks in the pictures and the hosts go above and beyond to make it a cozy stay. We've stayed at quite a few VRBO listings and this has been the best by far. Very close to grocery stores and restaurants which makes it nice for a big family. The view of the lake is beautiful. We did not take advantage of using it but it was peaceful none the less. The space available for our kids to have was perfect and we didn't feel like we were on top of each other the whole time. The kitchen is very nice and since they label drawers it's easy to access everything. I highly recommend choosing this property even if it's just two of you. You won't regret it.

Paradise on Lake Hamilton

I have booked and stayed at 15 VRBO’s over the past 12 years. Most of them were more expensive, on the beach and well worn. I have never stayed a VRBO that was this nice, had such historic character, well furnished, awesome kitchen, beautifully decorated, peaceful, near everything within 5 minutes. This house has huge windows that span the entire rear of the home with a panoramic view high above the lake. The view from the sunroom while we were eating breakfast was striking. We loved sitting out on top of the boathouse situated over the water watching the boats, geese and ducks go by. The beds and pillows were really big and very comfortable. This is the best review I have ever given a VRBO home. The Owners knocked it out the Park! The Penn Family from South Louisiana

Beautiful views

There is no doubt that the photos of the property were professionally done, the house was not quite what I expected from the photos. The exterior of the house was not well kept, I realize we rented in the off season, but the outdoor spaces were dirty and covered in leaves and the exterior of the windows providing a gorgeous view of the lake were dirty and covered in spider webs. Finally the house could really use some more furniture, there were a total of 5 adults in our group and luckily we brought our own folding chairs so we could all comfortably hang out in the same space. With all of that said we had a great time and I think the accommodations are reasonable for the price. It really is an amazing view and location.

Long weekend getaway

This property is convenient to everything. It’s beautifully located on the lake and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We had the best view for fireworks while sitting on the dock patio and enjoyed coffee there in the morning and adult beverages in the evening. We chartered a pontoon that picked us up at the dock and drove us around on the lake all afternoon. The beds are comfortable and the master bedroom has a great view of the lake. Some things to keep in mind: there is a charcoal grill, there are lots of steps to get to the dock and lower patio, and there is an outdoor fireplace that we used one night to make s’mores. The only negative thing I have to say is that when we arrived there were dead gnats and spiders all over the window sills, floor and tables in the living room, kitchen, and indoor eating area along with spider webs. We cleaned it up and then enjoyed our stay.
