Walk from the intracoastal to the beach

Loved the location. Less than 5 minutes walk to the beautiful beach. Very well supplied and clean condo, everything you need. Nancy was always available and responsive. Loved the Wicked Cantina and the Kokonut Hut between our condo and the beach. Just a few steps away. Food , drinks and service

Winter 2022

My husband and I spent January/ February 2022 at this cozy condo. The unit was spotless and beautifully decorated in nautical/beach decor. All new furnishings and appliances. The location was excellent for walking to Wicked Cantina and Bridge street restaurants and shops. It is located across the street from the beach. The pool is located right on the intercostal waterway. We had an excellent experience at this condo and would highly recommend it!

We LOVED staying at Nancy's place. It was literally the perfect spot for us to stay for 2 months while my fiance was in town for work. The unit has everything we could have ever wanted or needed. Everything was thought of - from kitchen appliances, to towels and beach "stuff." Everything is newly renovated and VERY clean. It's such a special location - steps from the beach, and in a very cute beach vibe community. We made so many amazing memories here and hope to stay here again next year. Nancy was very helpful, went above and beyond for us and we were so thankful for her and her husband for everything they did to make our stay special. Can not recommend this listing enough. One of the best features of this condo is its unbeatable location. Turn left out of the parking lot, and you're immediately in the left lane to access the bridge for shopping and errands. We love how centrally located it is to all the top restaurants, beaches, and activities.

Within easy walking distance, you'll find a variety of bars and restaurants, many of which offer delivery to the condo—a fantastic bonus. The very short walk to the beach is a major highlight, eliminating any worries about parking, which is a premium on the island. Plus, with the free trolley stop nearby, you can explore further without needing a car. Enjoy the ultimate convenience and vibrant island life from this perfect spot!
